Totally fine unless you speak with Catarina in the Camarillo office. I've been going to the Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks offices for 2 years with no issues. I was told that I needed a new authorization and I wasn't sure how to go about that, so I called the Camarillo office. Unfortunately Catarina was not in a helpful mood and answered my initial information with "ok?" like I was boring her. She was short and condescending. I'm really disappointed. In looking at other reviews on here as well as Yelp, it looks like this as an ongoing issue with the front desk staff 🙁

The doctors were nice enough, The front desk told me I was good to go, FAILING to inform me about my Co-pay and leaving me to believe insurance took care of it. Despite having multiple ways of contacting me the billing department never informed me. Now 4 years later I have a debt collector calling me telling me I'm delinquent on payments AND tacking on an extra 100 bucks for the debt collector fee.

This place is wildly unorganized, If I was told while I was in office or sent a bill or ANYTHING I would have paid. As other reviews have put it, you will have nothing but regret coming here AND IT WILL LITERALLY COST YOU HUNDREDS more. Find somewhere else.

This office is not worth your time and effort. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kanter, he is unprofessional, speaks to his patients in a condescending manner, and lectured my daughter for something that was out of her control. He made my daughter feel awful, scared, and uncomfortable. He was rude, disrespectful, and used an argumentative tone to address us. The experience was so bad that we left during the exam. I do not recommend that you visit this place of business for any care. I wish that I was able to give this business "0" stars.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Porch, and her staff. They were really pleasant and made a four-hour allergy test tolerable and easy for me to sit through. Dr. Porch and her PA have amazing bed-side manner and are very thorough with you. Diagnosing allergies seems like a very comprehensive process—it required an initial test then a follow up test called a "challenge" which is the final verdict on your allergies. I felt confident and trusted the process.

Not much to say about front-end staff or phone staff—it is what it is. I'm more concerned with the Doctor and nurses and they would be the reason behind my recommendation and review.

I am not in the habit of posting reviews (or anything on the web for that matter), but after my son and I had such professional, knowledgeable and personable visits with Dr. Porch-Curren and the Coastal Allergy Care PA, I felt compelled to do so. We are a family of allergy sufferers, and I am so thankful that we have found such a conveniently-located office with two such experienced and caring medical professionals to provide very thorough explanations, effective advice and the long term treatment we need for our increasingly severe allergy symptoms.

They not doctor office, they money hunter office, They collect your copay while u waiting on the car, and waiting for 30 minutes still waiting in the car, call in “oh you have appt in Camarillo or thousand oak oficce” what the hell. This is not my first time, I was wait 40 minutes first time, dr run back n forth between rooms, I was still waiting. This is my second time and never again, I have to still waiting cause already paid $35 copay.

I don’t normally post reviews, but my experience with Coastal Allergy warranted it. The thoroughness and care I received from Dr. Porch-Curren, was not only professional, but personal like I was being cared for by a friend. I would highly recommend this office.
