Had to remind the doctor about my previous appointment that she didn’t have any recollection of, and had to correct her TWICE about my medication SHE prescribed. When she told me she messed up the prescription she told me I should be grateful SHE caught her own mistake.
Thank you next. (I really like her office staff though. They were great)

I can see why this place has 2 stars. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and am not getting seen until 12:30. I've been waiting an hour and a half for something I had an appointment for. What's the point of a schedule if you cant keep it? Terrible time management. I could also hear the doctor yelling at a patient about how he's handling his care. Heard of HIPAA?

Update went in for my second appointment and waited 30 minutes and got shoved into a patient room. No vitals taken. I walked out and told them I'm not waiting another hour to 2 hours.

Thtre years of putting up with no labs being sent to quest for my every three month appt (everybody loves getting to quest very early & fasting to be told no labs were sent), repeatedly having to call for my appt because nobody called me (even after receiving both a phone call reminder and a text stating i would be called), and having the Dr flip between being very happy with my numbers to not liking my treatment plan (which I have been on for 10 years and feeling the best I've felt since being diagnosed with hypothyroid) I have left this practice. My suggestion to you is to save yourself the headache and find another dr.

I have relied on Dr Poorsattar for my endocrine issues (and honestly all other medical questions) for many years with great outcomes and better stabilization of my numbers and medications. I am very happy with her office and Monique is a fantastic office manager. I would and have recommended her to many friends and family.

Unprofessional, had me on hold on my way to my appointment and apparently the doctor leaves on her own time when she doesnt have patients. 15 minute grace period? nothing. Open till 5 but packing up at "4:02". Go here for a thyroid condition Ive been diagnosed with since 13 but it seems like all endo's in VC take it as a joke. Suggest anywhere else if you can travel.

I've wasted a lot a time with this lady that never seems to know what's going on . She always seems confused and does not develop a relationship with her patients. Wasted money!
