If I could give a zero I would! Few months ago, I left numerous messages with Dr's nurse, receptionists, sent message to Dr even but never got a call back regarding my tests on a heart anyerism that had grown. Had to go in demanding answers. Dr seemed bewildered when I told him how many messages I had left with no return calls. He was furious and asked me to file a complaint at front desk leaving. Well the lady at front desk was already aware of the situation cause she overheard me going off on another receptionist, I was polite but they knew I was PISSED. Long story short, talked to her about complaint and she told me that she would type up a letter and send to office manager. About a month later I was to have another anyerism checked, that had already TWICE been rescheduled, they canceled on it a third time so I asked to speak with the office manager. I asked her about my complaint and she was completely unaware, or so she said.. She said ot was unacceptable, and she realized urgency to have this test done so they sent referral NAMC EAST. Had the scan done and received my results via online chart. 1st of all it said there was no anyerism. Never heard of a 4.3mm anyerism disappearing! So I'm sure test wasn't done properly. I got those results AUGUST 9TH (today is Aug 30th) and have waited to hear from Dr's office about it, but nothing. I've had this anyerism checked for last 4 yrs and it's so far stayed at 4.3mm. I have left messages again that don't get returned and RIGHT NOW as I'm writing this review I have been on hold for 49 minutes! The phone rang for 2.5 mins before someone picked up n said please hold, and click they were gone. I'm about to drive down there and go off of this incompetent staff. Truely PATHETIC! I WILL BE FINDING A NEW HEART DR AND FACILITY.

Called 4 times this week for the nurse to call me back. She never did. Then when I call on Friday I get a message Hey, this is the Heart Health Center, we are currently closed we will be here on the 19th (currently the 9th) from 10 to 4. As it is , my last appointment was changed for a month ahead and I have other nightmare experiences I will not go in to when I got my pacemaker replaced. I am online and looking for a new cardiologist. I'm done

I really liked Dr,but I have had three appointments,of these,two have been cancelled upon arrival after driving a significant distance and missing work.Not to mention the fasting for no reason,this place causes me stress,I was afraid to make another appointment because of the unpredictability of this office,their actions caused me a significant amount of money and time.I will take my chances with a bad heart I suppose, because I cannot keep playing the game of " maybe we see you, maybe we don't"

Would give less stars but Dr Al-Tai is wonderful. After seeing 3 cardiologist I trust him so much after 1 visit. The wait time was over an hour, almost 2. The staff up front had way too much going on. The staff in the back was very nice.

They billed my insurance twice for each single time I went there. When I called to get this cleared up we got the run around. The first 3 times I called they said they'd be happy to help with our billing problems and would call back. Weeks later ... no call. They won't communicate with our insurance (BCBS) to file properly the referral.
On top if that I waited nearly 2 hours past my appointment time to actually see the doctor. I almost walked out then and there. I should have because of all the headache this place has caused.
Run ... don't walk... away from this place.

Facility was professionally run with quick appointments and even noquicker workups. The nice part is after you work ups you go directly to the doctor and they read your tests right then. I had doctor balabaki for the first time. I found him very informative and matter fact directly to the point. All in all I was pleased with the service. My husband goes to them next week we will see if they can remain the same.

My father uses this facility and has been a patient for years. He hasnt had any issues until recently. He is on Medicare and a limited income. He owed a past due of what his insurance didnt cover. When he was scheduled for some routine test, the young gentleman in the office was very rude and spoke loudly enough so all in the lobby could hear. Needless to say, they refused to see my dad, refused to do the test after he had driven there. My dad was embarrassed and very upset at the way he was treated. The staff handled this very poorly, their office etiquette needs work. Very unprofessional and rude. Sad to say with my dads heart condition he has to continue with this facility and poor treatment.

Was told I needed surgery but had to get clearance from a cardiologist before it could be scheduled. The cardiologist I normally used stays way overbooked and I was told it would be 5 months before I could be seen. Called the Heart Health Center and was told they could see me the next day. Very pleased with the staff and the doctor's services.
