This was my second attempt at using a CPAP device. My first experience three years ago didn’t go well, and I returned the device within a month. However, on my doctor’s recommendation, I decided to give it another try.

I visited CPAP Services and received a different nasal mask along with a ResMed 11. Loan Chau from customer service was incredibly helpful, clearly explaining the features of the new nasal pillow, the ResMed 11, straps, hoses, part replacements, and cleaning schedules to ensure a better experience this time. Anytime I had a question, she responded promptly—either the same day or early the next morning.

Yesterday, during my 60-day review with my doctor, a new P30i mask was ordered. I reached out to Loan after my appointment, and she quickly confirmed that the new mask had already been shipped.

The service has been outstanding, and Loan’s support has played a key role in making my second attempt with CPAP a success. Thank you, Loan!

I receive supplies every three months. My shipment for December 2024 was delivered on time but stolen off my porch. Mrs. Loan Chau is so very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. When I arrived today she told me that I would be able to get my supplies at no charge. What a blessing. Everyone at the CPAP office in the San Jose office is professional. Mrs. Chau recommended that I have my quarterly supplies delivered to the office and I will pick them up there. Thank you very much.

Loan Chau is just my favorite, what an energy she gives. From the moment we spoke, she was just a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, and knew everything about every mask I asked about.We went through a few mask until I found the correct one. I received a new machine, and it kept getting an air leak message. I took it in to the office, and Loan knew what the problem was right away, problem solved.

My experience with CPAP Services San Jose being excellent and extremely positive. I have the chance to met with Miss Loan Chau and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, my shipment of my supplies for CPAP machine has been delayed and eventually lost in the shipping process. I contacted Miss Loan Chau and she helped me to sort thing out quickly and efficiently. After a great start with CPAP services SJ, the ball has been completely dropped. At my first visit in January, I was told I would get reminder/ check-in calls for supply refills. That hasn't happened. 2 months ago, I received a text out of the blue letting me know I was unsubscribed from notifications for supplies when I did not opt out. The last time I called in for supplies, the rep on the phone was clueless and had difficulty finding the info on my acct and was unprofessional on the phone. Honestly, I do not trust this location with my health or resupply needs.

Michael is an outstanding technician. My machine was not sending data to my doctor and Michael knew just how to solve the problem. He even printed and emailed a data report for me to send directly to my doctor. 5 Stars all the way.
