After being treated at Kaiser my mom required follow up care which Kaiser provided via HealthFlex Home Health and & Hospice. Our experience with Healthflex has been exemplary. My was initially assigned a nurse, after the nurse's initial visit with my mom, she worked with Kaiser to get my mom occupational therapy and physical therapy. The nurse and the therapists have been wonderful. They are so kind and are genuinely concerned about my mom's well being. This is obviously more than just a job to the people who are working with my mom. I feel as though they are treating my mom as if she was their mom.

The best experience we had with home health. Staff is great and really gave top tier care. I highly recommend the care team we had, you wont find a better care team.

Nurse Rock Cameron is the absolute best. He is "down to earth, cool guy" (fiance feedback). He is punctual, and professional and our children would be happy to see him.

Pt Filex is the best of the best. He comes in ready to work. He's knowledgeable, really knows his stuff, just intelligent. Explains the exercises, answers any questions thoroughly, set goals for my fiancé, just overall really GREAT. Every single appt we learned something new and it was helpful. I personally like how polite he is.

Ot Kevin, one word, IMPRESSIVE. Kevin was able to better any issues my fiancé was experiencing. He was able to loosen the TIGHEST muscles and easily pinpoint the root problem and helped my fiance worked through them.

These men really motivated my fiance to work hard and work through some of the struggles that come after a stroke. Five stars for every single one of them and I HIGHLY recommend these three men. 5 STARS.

From the first day of arrival, Zoya was amazing…attentive, paid attention to the minutest details, thoughtful, and knowledgeable! With every visit, she was on time, gave me plenty of notice prior to coming and was supportive and creative regarding my health. Zoya was a pleasure to interact with.

Recently my husband had to spend some time in skilled nursing. Upon his return home, he required some help at home. We used HealthFlex and they were wonderful. We had a nurse, physical therapist, and an occupational therapist. They all were very professional, helpful, and also very personable. In addition, the office would call periodically to check on our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.
