They called me yesterday at 4pm to set me up with a last minute cancellation appointment for 8:45am today. I called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell them i wasn't going to make that time and they transferred me to a supervisor that told me it would be held against me as a late cancellation. This dental department is for itself and not their patients. They set up appointments over two months in advance because they say they are that busy and full scheduled, yet i call 15 minutes before my scheduled last minute cancellation appointment and they are going to hold that against me 🤷 looks like I'll be looking for a better dental office. Their loss, not mine!

Just got a call from Martha in dental an hour after my call to tell me that Dr. Spicola wanted to still help me after the bitter taste they left in my mouth this morning when i called, i told them after you treated me that way I don't trust your dental office anymore and I'll be looking for a better dentist office. They're plenty in San Jose to choose from. Treating your patients like dollar and not a person don't sit well with me.

If you're someone who has several cavities, is proactive about taking care of it right away, and requires urgent and personalized attention. Avoid this place. Never have I encountered a dental organization that decides to schedule their appointments so far out (4-7 months) after you actually see them and give you so little time (A maximum of 1 tooth per appointment). Makes me really question whether or not they get anything done.

This is the best place for healthcare!! It's located on Meridian Avenue in San Jose.
My primary physician is Dr. McCraven.
And my physician and I just Linh Taylor, who is an acupuncture to my health journey. My health care is important as I get older.
Starting acupuncture was the best. Holistic way, I can really begin to heal my nerve damage in legs and lower back. I highly recommend not only this health center, but acupuncture if needed.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

My Doctor did not give me any notice about my insurance ending at the end of the year. I happened to have problems walking and needed continuous care. My Doctor sent me to a Specialist who wanted to do an unneeded surgery. Indian Health Center should be temporary place for you until you can get normal medical care.

DO NOT GO HERE! I don't know how to better emphasize this. They do not care about your health. I had an ultrasound after my first appointment and had to call several times asking how to follow up and discuss results. Then finally got a phone appointment which they never called. Then asked for a new appointment which again, they never called and said they canceled it without telling me. I had to call them 3 times and speak with a manager begging to speak to someone to go over the results when finally someone called and basically repeated what was in the report with no additional comments. I had a follow up appointment to discuss how to move forward which was scheduled months in advance but found a voice-mail days before it saying they had canceled it because my provider went on leave. They are negligent and the poorest excuse for a health facility I have seen. Do not go here!

I just spent over 12 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment for my son. I've waited longer on the phone (not this place) so that isn't the issue. (1). The operator that answered has no phone etiquette. She answers the phone like she got hired off the street; doesn't even say her name or place of work? If so, provide training on the proper way to answer phones PROFESSIONALLY AND COURTEOUSLY. 2. Once she got my information she asked if this was a first time visit (that should have been the first question to ask if she was going to transfer me anyway.) 3. I'm on hold for another 4 minutes even though I'm #1 on the queue and it keeps saying wait time is 1 minute. Four minutes later it goes to a voicemail...if the woman answering the phone is an indication of what the rest of my experience will be, I'll pass. Looking somewhere else. These are the type of places that should be shutdown.

DO NOT GO HERE. Find a different clinic because every time I or a family number have come here for health or dental care, they have disrespected us, recommended procedures at other clinics that they emphasize my insurance does not cover, and all the doctors I have spoken to do not know what they are doing and fail to communicate with me. I went to the densist with an APPOINTMENT and this dentist kept talking down on me and saying how much I was LUCKY to have her time. I do not understand how it is acceptable to have trained "professionals" with such poor quality of care. I am currently looking for a new clinic to take my children because the Indian Health Center is never organized and the doctors are beyond disrespectful.
