Avoid this medical center! I had appointment at 1pm and checked in 1.11pm, and was told every patient has 10 mins grace period they cannot tolerate even 1 sec over 10mins. LOL Front desk receptionist is super impatient and unprofessional, will find another primary care for sure.

I have been in excruciating back pain for weeks. I had a lower spine MRI on Tuesday that was so bad my doctor called me the next day to see him. I requested pain meds and he gave a muscle relaxant. Two days later I called to ask for a real pain med and he ordered Motrin and ice. That is not an appropriate response. If my MRI is that urgent, why isn’t my pain
Update: saw the physician and he refused to give ma anything other than another NSAID. He came in argumentative which put me on offense as well. We had a nonproductive meeting. He was condescending and instructed me: “ I speak, then you speak. That’s how a conversation works “. I told him I was offended and he told me that he didn’t offend me. This doctor (don’t want to name but rhymes with parrot) is not worth seeing.

Sad to say that when you go to a new office, as I did last week- you get treated so horribly. Why is it that the only place you can get away with having people wait for so long is always a doctor's office? My story- I arrived 10 minutes early before my scheduled appointment- no one was waiting, and I could see there was at least 5 staff members wandering around. I got my paperwork, filled it out in 5 minutes and returned it to the front desk. Gave them my insurance card and id. I waited, sitting there in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes, and walked to the front desk where they said, great, we are ready for you let's collect your co-pay. So I paid the co-pay, got all my id back and now it was 15 minutes after the hour when they escorted me to the room. 5 minutes later a nurse came in took my vitals and my complaint once again and left me. There I sat for 30 minutes- now 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I got my things and left and as I leave the receptionist tells me to have a great day. Does customer care not apply to patient care in a doctor's office? How is this fair and reasonable? Looking for a good GP, any recommendations?
***Per your canned response I still will not change my review as it is accurate in every way.

I don't trust this medical center nor its doctors AT ALL for my own nor anyone else's healthcare. I've worked in big healthcare administrations for the past 14 years and know what excellent, compassionate healthcare looks like and this place DOES NOT CARE about what a patient needs. First, the PCP my insurance assigned me to (Dr. Cipoletti) is "retiring" and all his staff tell me the same thing. My thoughts are "then why is my insurance assigning me to him and why is he even taking me on and not reassigning me to one of the other doctors at this practice?" So Dr. Cipoletti sees me for my first "new patient" visit and barely does an exam then basically abandons me after that because I try to reschedule an appointment and his staff are like "uh well he's retiring so...we will schedule you with another doctor for now". They schedule me with another one of their doctors and I felt like he was not advocating for me. Instead he advocated for the insurance company. I say this because I told him I felt I needed a certain diagnostic procedure to test some pains in my chest and he says "well statistically you don't need it and insurance won't cover it anyway. I'll put the order in but you will have to pay the $200 bill". Again being in healthcare I kNOW that if a doctor tells insurance a test if "medically necessary" then insurance will pay. I've had doctors do this even though they don't think I need it. Those other compassionate doctors just want to make sure I, THE PATIENT, feels heard and THE PATIENT has some say so in their healthcare decisions and that my fears or qualms are smoothed over. That's what I call "advocating for the patient". I've changed my PCP after this horrifying experience. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM.

Dr Louis is just great! Well, more than great. I took my son to see her for a specific issue that runs in my family and for some reasons I’m concerned that he might also have. She listened and understood my concerns and went beyond to run all the necessary and extra tests to make sure if everything is (hopefully) all right. She even brought up other issues that young kids might have and discuss them with me. She is definitely not the chit chat type of doctor, which I greatly appreciate. Instead, she’s calm, knowledgeable, down to earth, and most importantly, she listens. Doesn’t just dismiss your concern making you feel like you’re just being paranoid. I’ve seen too many doctors acting this way to patients. I’m a mom that always trust my guts and like being proactive when it comes to my kid and I’m so grateful that I found a doctor who’s willing to listen and take precautions. The medical assistants in her office are also pleasantly nice fellow. Highly recommended! You can just walk in (but the wait might be long as Dr Luis spends ample time with her patients) or make appointment on their website.

I have a regular doctor but that particular Urgent Care was not open on a Sunday morning. I decided to go to Samaritan Urgent Care because my husband goes there all the time. They were wonderful. Fortunately the reception area only had one person waiting at the time I walked in. The receptionist was very kind in her process of paperwork, as well as the NP Luz, and the Dr. Fink. Very nice service especially when you're not feeling very well. Happy to recommend them. I know even when my husband has had to wait an hour due to lots of patients or so he still gets great service.

Well run place, they take time to listen & explain, when my symptoms just aren't matching up they do enough tests to find out what's really going on, they prescribe generics when possible to save me money, and are just very professional. Their office isn't glitzy like some others, but I like the fact that I'm not paying for an ornamental office. It's perfectly clean and suitable. You might have a bit more of a wait than at other places, but not unreasonably longer and they're worth the wait.

Wait time is 2 hours - only 1 doctor on service- second showed up at 12:00. They do not provide you an estimate of wait time which is awesome because you cannot hold them to it. Need more doctors definitely and better management. Should have gone to ER rather than coming here

Update : doctor came and looked us over - Doctor is really nice. Bottom line - make an apt and be prepared to wait a while if you want to see a good doc at an urgent Care
