Called in and was waiting in the queue. The system constantly provide updates on the wait time and number in queue. When I finally get to the first of the line, the system tells me that they are not available and please leave a message. Horrible customer experience. If you are not available, just say it in the first place and don't let people stand in the queue for nothing. I hope this can be improved.

I called since Saturday, and I left a message for an appointment. They said they would call me back, and they did not, I called again on Tuesday, and the receptionist said that I should have called on Monday and they won't give me an appointment until friday. I asked for a doctor or at least someone to tell me what to do since I had an accident on my scooter but I had a large road rash on my whole leg, I can't walk and I don't have more supplies, they didn't help me because I was underage, I called again and they said they would call me back, they didn't, I still have school this week and my graduation, now I don't know what to do, my road rash is worse now and bleeds more

Irrespective of one's courteous demeanor, many of the female staff members at the establishment exhibit an attitude problem and demonstrate rudeness towards patients. They expect patients to maintain a pleasant disposition, even when unwell.

The personnel handling phone appointments and related matters display an unprofessional demeanor on certain occasions, occasionally engaging in aggressive behavior and subsequently attributing the perceived rudeness to the patient.

They open at 815am but don't take calls untill 9am and phones are off for a whole 1.5 hrs for "lunch". I've called and been placed on hold for up to 8 people ahead of me and when it's my time I get forwarded to voicemail! This office is extremely disorganized and have done nothing but delay treatment and have submitted lies as notes for referrals further delaying ability to get standardized level of care!

Dr. Michelle Braunschweig is so patient and caring. She saw how miserable I was and did everything she can to get me a referral quickly to see a GI specialist. And she called me late on Friday evening to make sure I know the referral was approved. Thank you very much for taking good care of a seriously sick patient. My appreciation for her outstanding work is beyond words. The front desk ladies are very nice too. Indian Health Center is a good medical facility.

I’m sorry but I have negative experiences with the staff there. My wife only speaks Spanish and one of the staff ladies from the front made my wife cry. The lady staff wouldn’t stop scolding her. This was about some paper she wasn’t aware of she was suppose to bring. My wife was humiliated and the doctor actually had to come to the front just to console her “. The worse part is that my daughter was there. My wife is scared of even going to that place. There is plenty Bias treatments there just careful, that’s all I am saying. I’m not saying you are all going to get the experiences but it was our experience. Have a good day y’all!

NewEdit:
-Might have been just that one doctor I had. Went back again and got a younger doctor who actually seemed concerned/caring, asking lots of questions/details, and actually called back.

Came here seeking a referral to a specialist for severe abdominal pain, and a psychologist/therapist for severe depression/mental issues. They said they'd call me back, but they never did. I called back several times and they never answered. Been bedridden for the past year thanks to their lack of support, despite me stating my condition was severe.

depressed people only reach out for help so many times before they stop caring, and the doctors here dont seem to care about that fact at all. Avoid this location if you are able to.
