What a complete and utterly disappointing place this is. My husbands recent "visit" was an absolute nightmare. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for telehealth to speak to Dr. Le. As reference my husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and all he needed was a referral to an oncologist that he already got cleared to see. His appointment was set for 4:30 PM and the doctor failed to call. He called the office 4 times to see if the doctor was available to speak with him for his appointment and all the front desk said was "she is busy with another patient and will call you back shortly". Well, 3 hours later he called back and they mentioned it was an after hour care line and they could not get ahold of Dr. Le. To make matters worse, despite trying to be seen for a pressing health concern, he never got to speak to the doctor. The sheer disregard for the well-being of patients is appalling, especially in a medical setting where timely care can be a matter of life and death. What's particularly unforgivable is the abysmal communication—or rather, the complete lack thereof. As someone battling cancer, the stress and anxiety of waiting for hours in limbo, unsure if or when he would receive care, is beyond comprehension. It's not just about inconvenience; it's about the emotional toll it takes on patients and their families. To anyone considering seeking care at Top Care, I urge you to think twice. The utter incompetence and disregard for patients' time and well-being are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and anguish and find a medical provider who actually values their patients. If anyone in Top Care reads this, remember that doctors are not god and everyone has a schedule, including your patients!

Great staff is there to answer questions. Dr Le is very personable and knowledgeable. Great physician for my elderly mother.
