AMAZING experience- literally the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care, or even at a doctors office. Sandy L, the MA taking care of me, was so insanely kind and sweet and friendly, and I was so pleased by how attentive she was. She truly went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and I instantly got the feeling that I was going to be well taken care of. The doctor I saw was also SUPER kind and caring!!! The whole team at action was just so incredible, fast, efficient, friendly, smart, caring, and just so genuinely kind. Sandy L genuinely cares about the patients, and she makes that abundantly clear the moment you connect with her!!!

I took my mom to Action Urgent care last week I had a best experience with their services. They accepted her insurance and took her to exam room right away. After examining her the physician proscribed her medicine right away. After taking the antibiotics she was 80% better right away. I highly recommend them!

I went to urgent care last minute for an illness that needed immediate attention and Sydney was super helpful & nice! She made me feel comfortable talking about my symptoms and was transparent about everything I needed to know. She also recommended additional things I can do on top of my treatment from the doctor to help alleviate any discomfort. I’d definitely come back to have her help me.

Action Urgent care was great with my baby. They did amazing from the front desk to the provider. The kindness showed could not compare. My nurse Vy T was so respectful to my child and took very good care of her. This was the only place my child truly felt comfortable to let anyone take a look at her and that tells me a lot. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I need to, I know where to go when I’m in the Bay Area.

My daughter got her x rays done here a month ago by Lindell P. And he is absolutely awesome! He took the time to show me the x rays and explain them so clearly. We went in today for a follow up x ray and he remembered us from before and was super helpful. Showed us the x rays and explained how the fracture was healing. Highly recommend this location to get x rays.

Tiffany T was courteous polite and proficient. Her application of needlework was almost pleasant. I’ll definitely come back here if I have further urgent care needs. The wait was a non issue as I had an appt and I was in and out in about an hour.
