This review is for the management system here, not for the doctors. The primary care doctors here are great but the front desk assistants are not professional. I arrived for my appointment 8mins late and completed my check-in process 11mins past appointment. They checked me in and made me wait for another 10+mins before telling me I need to reschedule due to the 10-minute late policy. I respected the policy but was annoyed they didn’t let me know upon my arrival. They should’t let patient check in and wait if they think the patient is on the edge of the 10-min late policy.

I chose this place because I liked my family doctor and moved when he moved. Now I have to call 4-5 times and be put on hold for over 10 minutes every time to be able to make an appointment. Previously, his assistant was picking up right away, even when she had to put you on hold.

Online booking doesn't work better. Was told my doctor didn't have an availability for the next 3 months. When I finally managed to get through by phone, there were multiple availabilities 2 weeks from now.

This is unacceptable.

Appalling.
Got covid. Wanted to get antivirals prescription. You have 5 days to get it to be effective. This office took 2(TWO DAYS!) to get me an appointment. To only tell me that it is too late because it's day 6. This is against logic. This is only about getting money for the visit. You KNEW it will be too late to prescribe, yet, you wanted to make an appointment. You even did not have slots for an appointment, yet, you wanted an appointment. Me talking to NP several times can't get me a prescription. Appointment can. To only tell me I can't get it. So frustrating. So frustrating.
Like... charge me, or insurance, but can we get the meds quickly? NOOOO...

Worst place to go for new clients, they don't tell you that you will be billed for new patient set up, cost me $540 for my free psychical, insurance do not cover this. If I new that first, I would have gone some where else. I called numerous time, but they don't want to help you. my insurance said that they called for 3 days but they don't answer the phone. Do not go there!!! I`ll Never go here again.

They never pick up the call for scheduling or re-scheduling an appointment. It seems that customer representatives are 24x7 busy.
