Nice clinics, convenient location. Parking is a big problem, though, so plan accordingly and leave early to get a decent parking spot (otherwise you'll probably be late!).

They ARE OPEN on SUNDAYS. I DO NOT know who would've listed this false information. People NEED their medications and it is absolutely reckless to list the Pharmacy as closed as it directly impacts patients who need their prescriptions. It is the difference between life and death for some. Some have infections, and or are very ill. Weekends don't dictate a patients need. This should have been monitored and corrected.

I give 3 stars because it's always a gamble depending on who you get. There are a few staff members here who are absolutely AMAZING. They call when they're out of a prescription and they actually help to look for who DOES have it. They follow up with them and even the patient. They humbly give you the information necessary to make things easy for you.

While others don't belong there. When I say they don't belong I mean they've become complacent, they are rude, mean, and at that point their actions bleed over to impacting patient care.

I've signed a form for my father to pick up my medicine. He called telling me that they didn't have it and wouldn't give it to him anyway. I knew this was unethical. I called the pharmacist and let the woman know my prescription was indeed there. As well as a form that gave my father the right to pick up my meds. She told me she didn't have to accept the form and that I needed to figured it out. I told her I never had a problem before and didn't understand why she was being so rude. She hung up on me. Then she PURPOSELY ignored my calls and then told me verbatim "WHAT did I tell you?!!! I don't need to check and or tell you anything! You should be able to tell me! I don't need to give you that information. You should know when your medicine is due! Tell your Dad to leave!! I'm not giving him any prescription!"
I began to explain that I know my medications are there and that I know my form was approved by the pharmacy. She hung up on me. Because of her I didn't get the medications I needed and am prescribed. Also, my father who drove all the way there was locked and treated like absolute garbage. That upset me most.
When I spoke to the other pharmacist to ensure my form was there as well as my medications -Prior to my father's arrival- She was so kind. She told me "You have to be careful. I hate to say it but it depends on who's servicing you. Some of them will purposely give you a hard time and just choose to not do things they're required to do" and while I appreciated her, it is astonishing that an unhinged, unethical and reckless individual would continue to be allowed employment. Pharmacies have guidelines and rules that are far more strict and structured than most other industries. There are many liabilities. When an individual hates their job, and it's past just the point of being rude-Purposefully infringing upon a patients rights- Making what they're required to do into something optional? No. Not acceptable.
The absolute and utter distress that incident caused me was awful and unlawful.

There is a woman named Michelle and I really really wish I knew the other woman's name..They are EXCEPTIONAL human beings. Every person there should be like them to others. I hope that everyone treats them with kindness as well.
I understand that we all have bad days. No one is perfect. But when it's time, it's time. There's a period where one must truly factor in their morals and choose to take accountability. Understanding that in THAT position they are no longer bringing value -but harm. They should find a position that suites them. One that allows them to work on their own.. Something that makes them happy. I hope they get better. I really do. It's not worth the damage done to others. And most of all it's not worth the misery they inflict on themselves.
I hope things get better for them.

I would like to leave a review about Dr. Priya Rajkumar. I brought my mother Valentia E….., she was very polite, cheerful and kind to my mother. She examined my mother very professionally and prescribed her medicines. We are very impressed with her care and kindness.

Absolutely worst experience!
Came at 7 pm and no response till 11 pm when they closed the urgent care and transferred us to the ER.
No one provides any information about the expected wait times, only answer is "I don't know" / "we can't say". Why are you sitting at the info desk if you do not know? Every single person is busy and rude to the patients.

Ended up waiting for another 3 hrs at the ER till 2 am without much hope and finally leaving home without any doctor visit with the same pain and additional psychological trauma!

Please save yourself the time and money and visit some other place instead, this place is a joke.
