Price gouging beware! Their mental health therapy services in CA are 840$, well above the 100-300 average for the state of CA. Had to file complaints with state agencies. BEWARE! This is the predatory mentality that keeps the likes of the Bezos filthy rich. Please support your local medical providers and therapists by going directly to them and skipping these predatory middle people.

This is not my regular location but I needed an appointment urgently an it was available within 2 days with Dr. Juyeon Lee. She was very amicable and had great bedside manners. I was happy with the service overall. I felt a lot better after she prescribed the medication. The wait times were minimal. The reception staff was very cheerful and nice as well.

What a fantastic experience. We get 'membership' through work. Being able to use an app to book an appt at short notice, communicate in advance, and the quality of staff I've had so far is great.

This location is perfect - right across from wholefoods and some reasonable on street parking. Also close to commuter hub of diridon.

Provider knew tests ordered and could have checked with insurance on coverage. They asked me to call my insurance and insurance company told provider needs to call. We wasted time.

You can get better priced health concierge service elsewhere! It's $500 for 10min talk!

Sure, the place is bright, staff is friendly, appointments can often be made in short notice. But it's all in your bill, and you are paying for it every cents! My visit last <10mins, including the wait time in the lobby. It was super quick and easy. I haven't met my deductible, and the bill came out to be over $500, I mean what the...! My specialist elsewhere billed me just over $200 for an hour long talk, and they have equal quality of facility and service. If you have not met your deductible, and probably will not, stay away and save your hard earned money!

If there is no star option, which I’ll give. The unprofessional doctor the crazy bill. It didn’t offer any help for me, but it charged a crazy bill. I did request the doctor to make a fully length x-ray, but she ordered a half body x-ray. She said my x-ray is normal, but my another doctor said my spinal unbalanced to the left size, which is correct because I still feel pain and still doing treatment. How crazy the one medical platform is? Does the doctor hold an license. It’s the worst platform I have never seen. Btw they charged me almost $550 for a referral, which it’s unbelievable.
