Plum tree subacute facility is very clean. It is also very safe with monitored entrance, temperature checks, and masks enforced. The facility smells clean. The rooms are adequate in size.. They have an outdoor patio with a fountain that’s beautiful to watch. As a visitor I am impressed. My friend who is a patient is having a positive experience. Staff is courteous and helpful.

We have had many family members stay here over the years. They are all very kind,attentive and try to accommodate the patients in any way possible. Its clean and gas a cute court yard .Their check in system was new to us this time around and for the safety of everyone, it's a good addition. Thank you Plumtree for taking good care of our loved ones!

I believe this facility My mother didn't stay long but the people that were there were very loving, kind and understanding help when they needed it. Help when they didn't need help. If I got to be the age of the people that are here and under the care that people work here, it's worth it and trust your loved ones to this facility and you will love it and they will as well. Visit was great. Sign in process was difficult for first time visitors. Written seems like it would have been sufficient. Having to do it a second time to visit the resident we desired was somewhat inconvenient.
