The experience at the sonographer department, particularly with the Lead Sonographer Lorena or Loreda, was highly distressing. Despite our active insurance, she falsely claimed it was inactive, initially denying us care. Subsequently, she cited a non-existent staff shortage as a reason for refusal, displaying rudeness throughout. This treatment is especially disappointing given my extensive healthcare experience and previous encounters at challenging locations where I received better care. Despite conflicting information from the reception, Lorena persisted in her uncooperative stance, causing undue emotional distress to my pregnant wife and me on a day meant for finally knowing our babies gender.

Kaiser strikes again. In the past month we've had four terrible experiences.

1. They did not complete all the blood work for my pregnant wife when she had her blood drawn. A test request was in the system but they missed it. We had to wait two extra weeks for the results after we caught their mistake and had to revisit the lab to get the test done. Unacceptable.

2. Our ultrasound was cancelled by Kaiser due to "access issues" and rescheduled to an outside provider, who then cancelled on us 30 minutes before the appointment. Rescheduling to the outside provider took multiple calls and a fortunate last minute opening. We had the day off to go in for the ultrasound. And we spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule it for the THIRD time. It's still not scheduled. Unacceptable.

3. We waited more than 90 minutes for our sick son's prescription when they had ONE of six stations staffed at their pharmacy. The waiting room was filled with people. No offer to text us when the rxn was ready was provided, just wait. Unacceptable.

4. I have to wait 7 weeks for an appointment to have a hearing test completed. Unacceptable.

This year alone we are paying more than $24,000 (!!!) to Kaiser for their insurance premiums, and here's what it's gotten us. Their system is broken. Unacceptable.

We have nothing but the highest praise for the truly outstanding Drs and Nurses here. Each visit, we are so impressed with the professional and compassionate care we have been given. As a rule, Kaiser hires the Top of the Class - and for that we are very grateful. The Advice Nurses On Call - are so smart, so resourceful, compassionate and calming. Gold Stars and A+ for Kaiser. The Drs we have happily encountered in Opthalmology and Optometry are also super stars. Kudos to the army of staff who have vaccinated thousands of us.

The doctors here are careless and do not care about their pateints. Dr Sheeja Das told me the my cyst was most likely a lymph node and did nothing further. I had to go to a different Kaiser to find out I have a malignant ovarian cyst. Dr Sheeja Das is the reason why I have a benign ovarian cyst that has been growing inside me for 5 years, without getting any treatment. Have she had diagnosed me correctly, I would have had the proper treatment 3 years ago, when she had seen me.

I've had good experiences here but the layout of this hospital is confusing. Also the buildings seem to be need of maintenance. I like my doctor but the customer service is lacking. Rude people attending patients.

I like how things are flowing here at Kaiser. In and out visits and walk-ins available in the injection center, the wait 20 minutes. 👍🏼
