Tried to reach my Primary Care Provider My Phuc Le from the Aetna website and it led me to call this site. Since I wasn't a previous patient I was transferred to the new patient registration line, and they let me know that they don't accept Aetna. I tried to ask a few questions but the receptionist would just interrupt me to say that they're not partnered with Aetna, with the final interrupt being "can I help you with anything else?" before I hung up in frustration.

UPDATE: just called Aetna Member Services for clarification on My Phuc Le and they stated that they tried to contact this clinic and was able to confirm that the provider does work in the clinic, but when the Aetna rep tried to ask for more information, the Front Desk person hung up on them.

I have been going to the Indian health center for over 25 years. I had a awesome experience with Doctor Linh Taylor she did my 1st acupuncture appointment. I was so amazed on how comfortable she made me feel. She was very professional and very polite. She took care of all my needs. I will definitely see her again.

This is the first time I have received acupuncture. I feel great after. Dr. Taylor did a wonderful job. She’s very friendly, gentle, and sweet. My muscles feel so relaxed. My pain was severe 8-9 went down to 6-7 immediately after visit.

Very very bad service, we had appointment at 6:15pm and we were seen until 7pm that’s very bad. Because when we arrive late to the appointment they said that they can’t not see you even if you arrive 5 minutes late but when they get delayed they don’t say anything that’s very disappointing.

Dr. Manuel Chavez promised to write a letter I needed for my residence. When I received the doctors note it was unprofessional and looked like a 3rd grader wrote it. My residence rejected the letter. I requested the doctor to rewrite a 2nd letter in a professional manner in which his assistant (Seeta) assured me that if I came into the office, a new note would be written. When I got there he said he needed more time to write the note. Days later he called and said he can’t rewrite the note but he can write a prescription instead. A professional letter from my doctor is what I needed, not a prescription! The communication between the doctor and his assistant is terrible. I made it clear the whole purpose of these doctor appointments was to get a professional doctors note, which I never received. If the doctor couldn’t accommodate me then he should have told me over the phone instead of writing a useless note and wasting my time.

My first time at this clinic.
Dr. Lobana and her Medical Assistant Grace (including staff at the front desk) were caring, friendly and professional. The clinic is clean, and comfortable. The Security Officer is observant, welcomes, and opens the door for you. Once you are check in there is not alot that you have to be sitting there for them to call you in. I am very blessed to have found a doctor and a Clinic, even though its not close to my home i am very please on how Dr. Lobana takes care of my health.

Took 14 phone calls over the course of a week to finally reach a live person to make an appointment, when I got to my appointment they turned me away despite having my insurance and tribal ID. They were unwilling to provide any resources to help me access healthcare after not seeing a doctor for over a year and no access to my heart medications.
If I have a heart attack or stroke because I can’t get my heart medication, I’d like to personally thank Silver Creek Indian Health Center for not allowing me medical care.

Wonderful treatment all of the personal in this clinic are great . The doctors they really care they. After going to so many other places the doctor found out I had diabetes when all the other doctors in other clinic they keep on telling me to exercise more to lose weight that was the reason I when to see a doctor because I couldn't loose weight and I was hungry all the time .my doctor explained why I was hungry all the time . Now I am being help and loosing some weight and having more energy
