I was very pleased with my visit today. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.The medical assistant who signed me in and did my vitals and Dr Janette were very professional. Doctor asked me questions about my condition, checked me out, and wrote the prescription that I needed. I am very satisfied that I was treated so well and I felt relieved. I want to say thanks so much to the medical assistant into the doctor I would highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care to everyone needing medical assistance and that needs to be seen asap.

Made an appointment (highly recommended) and got treated within the hour. The young man at the reception desk was very efficient and recorded pertinent info on his pad, and I was soon seen by a nurse who took my vitals and finally the physician discussed the results and the remedy with me. All the personnel were very professional,. pleasant and efficient. If I am ever sick again, Carbon Health Urgent Care-Almaden Ranch would be the first place I would try to get some first rate relief.

Very pleasant experience, considering the visits are for people that are not well.
I find this health care facility to be professional, while warm and caring.
Physicians take the time to make sure that you're questions are answered and never rush you out.

Please train your staff properly!! I came as a walk-in for a drug test, told me I had to come back the next day because no more walk-ins.I asked the assistant if I needed to bring my form with me to my appointment, she said “No, I have it in the system” I came the next day for my appointment- I was NOT in the system and they did need my form. Not a pleasant experience!!

Great staff and timely service. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and medical provider spent significant time with me for thorough diagnosis, care & treatment. I’ve been seen there in the past and have had the same positive experience over & over.

I was able to walk on this time, no appt. Front desk gallon was friendly and helpful. She said about 30 mins but got in in 20.
Dr. was informative and explained things. Since my ears were a little plugged up, it was hard to hear and understand somethings. Will definitely return for redi care help.

Had an appointment for 12:15 BEFORE they went to lunch but they decided to go to lunch early. I had to wait an hour with my 6 month old and 2 year old in the waiting room as they were assisting other people that didn’t have an appointment at all. I was there to confirm an ear infection with my 6 month old, which is essentially a 10 minute appointment. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here because they don’t do anything in order.
