It takes them for forever to refill been a patient for years and it’s my fault for not changing doctors but my fear is needing a doctor and it taking a while to process if I do change.

Reasons I dislike and don’t feel heard.

1. They say they’ll call back and don’t
2. One lady could not understand me when I needed a specialist and in order to see one, I needed a referral. It took more than a couple of months just to get a referral. But when I called with anger, they gave it to me that day!

3. They say they’ll email my lab results that day. They forgot and I called again, they say they’ll do it. A few weeks already, nothing. And my results are in because I had take my blood test a few weeks prior to calling. And the assistant said they were in. She just forgot to email it.

4. Medication refills take weeks to go through. I went without my blood pressure pills and the doctor is the one that says if I don’t take them I could basically have a stroke. Makes no sense. The staff is terrible and the office one point was never like this.

The worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor- if you have a serious medical condition or seek reliable medical care, please avoid. I've been without my medication for 3 weeks, waiting on a refill- staff doesn't answer the phones or voicemails and are rude and dismissive when they do. She is impossible to get a hold of, has sent the wrong prescription, and now has made me wait without response for 3 weeks before finally sending it in. With an appointment, you can expect to still wait an hour in the lobby. I waited before reviewing, hoping that these were just one off coincidences, but this has consistently been negligent and horrible.

My first meeting with the doctor was in the emergency room and the doctor was very kind to me, attentive and patient (I don't speak English very well). She prescribed me medicine that helped me with a severe cough with green mucus (at a time when my family doctor said it was a reflux cough). I remembered Dr. Grace Tee and immediately wanted her to be my primary care provider. On May 10, I had my first visit and I am very satisfied with it, because there is something to compare it with (with my previous primary care provider). A very kind administrator works in the office, who, despite my language level, helped me make an urgent appointment. I am very grateful to the person who takes the calls in this office. She also kindly helped me fill out the questionnaire. The doctor also listened to me carefully, took her time, did not rush me, prescribed the necessary referrals to specialists, examined my body where there are complaints. Dr Tee came highly recommended from my previous Dr. She is awesome. Good listener, very efficient, great bedside manners which is very important to me. She is very thorough and very compassionate. I have mentioned her name to other doctors as well, and they speak very highly of her.

Dr GRACE TEE is about one of the better Dr's that I have encountered. She she sincerely cares about her patients . When I was in the hospital and she was trying get me a C-pac to keep me from getting carbon dioxide poisoning so easily.she tried like ihave never seen a Dr try at anything . She is a very nice and down to earth human being and she knows her work. Very smart lady I lived closer to her practice so she could be my primary physician.
She's one of a kind .

Horrible front desk customer service. They don't answer the phone and don't relay messages to the Dr. Must come in person to get a hold of someone. Lonnnng wait times in person and by phone. Hold times up to 20 minutes with no apologies or acknowledgementm

Dr is great and informative. My only main issue is trying to get through the phone. The phone receptionist or office clerk answers the phone and let is stand open in the air, no talking or Hello whatsoever. Sometimes even hangs up on you. I find it very frustrating, considering this a Dr facility. Will likely look into a new Dr in the new year.
