Very easy to schedule and secure appt within the hour. Clean, professional and well organized facility. Chantal was thorough in her assessment of the situation and had a great bedside manner, listening carefully and patiently. She asked questions, performed the examination and provided a series of immediate recommendations and next steps for follow up plus documented everything thoroughly for reference. Great experience.

Carbon was quick to schedule an appointment the same day. Every other option involved waiting for a few days or even weeks. It was a fully equipped facility - all the necessary tests were done locally with results available to the doctor and medical attendant right away. The doctor and the medical attendant were kind, compassionate and had great bed side manners. Cannot recommend it enough

I’ve visited four times now and the staff are wonderfully supportive and were excellent at explaining my medical situation, answering my questions and making sure I understood my treatment regime. I really that they spent the time to explain everything. I did NOT get the feeling that they were rushing my appointment so that they could squeeze more patients in. I will definitely go back to them with any health issues that I have!

Went there to get a drug screen done for my employer and I had to wait like at least 15-20 minutes with no one at the front desk. It wasn't until one of the employees at another location came did they come out. I've been in customer service for a long time and this was a horrible experience. I would highly recommend not coming here to get labs or any testing done!
