I base my reviews on three things. First, how was the actual medical care, Second what were the results and finally a purely subjective opinion on the office and staff. The actual medical care was as good as it gets. Dr. Carter is board certified, has a good manner and was tenacious at getting to the bottom of my issue. I had some swallowing issues for over a year. Seen by a number of medical providers one of whom suggested a tonsil stone. They could not visualize it. Dr. Carter was able to get it out after a real struggle on both our parts. She was compassionate and thorough. Due to my particular medical history she did a complete throat, nose and ear examination. The result as very good. Negative on possible other issues and a complete resolution of the swallowing problem. Subjectively the experience was very good. The Staff is very professional and attentive. The office was clean and comfortable.. Bottom line, strongly recommend.

Dr. Chaung is great, but her staff is an absolute nightmare. There are no appointment confirmations -- they're not on an app like My Health, and you don't even get a text confirmation when an appointment is booked. I showed up today for an appointment Dr. Chaung's front desk staff rescheduled on Friday for "Monday", and they told me we were a week early -- that our appointment is for Monday, December 30, not Monday, December 23.

The reason we had to reschedule is a whole other story -- we showed up late to our appointment on Friday morning after calling to let the office we know we were late. The person on the phone had told us to come in, and then we were turned away by the front desk staff because they said their "answering service took the call and didn't know their policy that if a patient is more than 5 minutes late, the appointment gets canceled"... unbelievable. There was no apology from the staff for the issues on their end and lack of communication from their answering service to their front desk. And this was after they had rescheduled our appointment from the day before at the last minute because the doctor "had a meeting come up." We'd had the appointment on the books for months.

I have never written a negative review about a healthcare provider, and this is the first time I've decided to do so. Camino ENT has been absolutely horrendous, and while I really do like Dr. Chaung and find her to be highly professional and extremely good at what she does (as an ENT and as a doctor who is really great with kids), I can't put my special needs child through another experience with her staff. It takes a tremendous amount of effort to get him out the door and work through the anxiety of going to a doctor's office, and we've now been turned away twice with zero remorse on the staff's side.

Dr. Carter is amazing! I had put off getting a tonsillectomy for about 6 years- finally I did it this last Aug 2024. She is amazing gentle, honest and nurturing. She set me up for the expectations knowing my hesitation and I would do it all over again, despite it being the worst pain ever, as long as she is my doctor! I would recommend her to anyone.

Although this my first time came to this office, it's already a terrible experience with their office. I made an appointment by end of September for 10/30/2024, and last Friday 10/25/2024 afternoon, they gave me a last minute call stating that the doctor needed to have "jury duty". Excuse me, a jury duty is not last minute thing, really. Then I asked person who rescheduled my appointment to send me address because they have two offices, untill Monday morning, I didn't get anything from them, so I called in to see, and asked them to send me the office address. I called 3 times and nobody answered phone calls. I had to left VM, then finally I got returned phone call at 11:06AM, I had to work, and I had to get off from work. The office they rescheduled me for was really far away, so I spend 2 hours finally got to office, I'm about 12 minutes later, I told I could finish all paperwork within minutes, as the rule, I'm still within 15 minutes the allow period, they just told me they could see me.
When I sit in office, they were not busy at all, not even couple calls came in, I really don't understand all the calls I made on Friday and Monday just not answered by their front desk, and if the office has rule that patient could be later within 15 minutes, they just decided not see me, and I told them it took me 2 hours to get to office.
A very terrible experience ever in all doctor offices.

The office staff - just returning from lunch - was very friendly and welcoming. I had completed the paperwork for a new patient online so there was no delay there. Dr. Margaret Carter was GREAT. She made me feel very comfortable and acted as if I had been a patient for a long time but explained everything about the exam she conducted and said I was in good condition for my age but scheduled me for a hearing test and follow up appointment. I look forward to that visit.

I saw Shaun Frost and literally one of the best health care experiences of my life. Shaun is extremely empathetic and caring and made sure I understood all about my condition. He took time to explain to me all of the causes and factors which made my condition so bad and went through home remedies such as sinus rinses, basic allergy pills along with telling me the long term options. I may need surgery, but it was awesome to have a doctor tell me of all the things in my control to try first since I am not sure if I really want to have surgery. I plan to always come back to Shaun. He really understands patient care and his specialty. I have had multiple doctors and really none of them have sat down with me to understand everything going on with me to find the right solution.

The staff was awesome! I was very comfortable on my first visit to Camino ENT. I met with Dr. Nelson regarding ear and nasal problems. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He performed a thorough examination and explained his findings and told me the next steps. I felt very relaxed and good about my visit with Dr. Nelson. He put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions.
