I recieved good care without any wait. The doctor and staff were very well trained and pleasant. The process online for making an appointment was fairly easy. The office was clean and the equipment looked new. I especially appreciated the MA who assisted today. She was so kind and polite, I immediately felt at ease.
I would 100% go back after todays experience.

Easy to make an appointment, pay online, check-in as a returning patient. Went for follow-up of an earlier illness that just wasn't getting better and Catherine Caputo could NOT have been more patient-centered. She explained options and was really open to what I, as the patient, thought. In & out in record time with great care ... really like this place as an adjunct to my PCM for one-off visits. Highly recommend.

Jovive has been a Godsend in any emergency. From a dog bite to an infection, the staff and service is incredible. Everyone is attentive, kind, patient, and gracious when you are not feeling well. If you live in the area, don’t go anywhere else! Thank you to all the staff and team at Jovive.

I arrived and was allowed to wait in my car which eased my anxiety around getting sick. I didn't have to wait very long and the exam rooms and restroom were immaculate. I met a PA who was kind and really, really smart. By the time that I got back into my car, my pharmacy had already received my prescription.

I’ve been going here for the last 8 months. It’s a mixed bag depending on who’s on duty. I got good treatment, my eldest daughter went in multiple times and the lack of treatment resulted in a visit at the ER with a severe respiratory infection. Some of the staff are opposed to antibiotics. So not only did I incur multiple bills from Jovive, I had an ER bill too. Today I spend $400 bucks for my grandson and son. Again the treatment was over-the counter recommendations. I could have googled better care. It’s almost negligent to provide that level of care or is it a scam? Don’t treat, make you come back, bill you again. Lucrative.
