If you need Research or to peruse Medical Books or Literature, this is a fine place to start to educate yourself if you really want to learn in depth for your own reasons. It is not for answering questions about treatment or Health Questions in general. In these cases, I am fairly sure that by Law, they are Prohibited in giving one any personal statement...yet they may have some latitude to give you knowledge of where to find answers to your quest.
