Nice guy, but very unreasonable when it comes to prescription medications. He requires an office visit every 6 months for even basic medications that you can get online. I've been on this medication for over 6 years with no issue and prior doctors never required an office visit to refill. He also doesn't notify you of this requirement until right before your prescription is ordered for a refill. The first time I asked him to waive the requirement, as I was very busy and didn't have time to come in on such short notice since I was literally on my last pill of my last order. He agreed to not require me to come in, but my prescription still ran out before I was able to refill it in time. 6 months later, again his office called me last minute saying they needed to see me before renewing my prescription and again, I was on my last pill and it ran out before I was able to refill it. This requirement is also troublesome because many insurance policies do not cover costs for additional office visits outside of your annual physical which means you could be charged a hefty office visit fee just to get a prescription renewed. I finally decided to part ways and this caused me a lot of trouble having to scramble real quick to get a substitute prescription ordered online before too much time passed in between my last pill. Like I said, nice guy, but wouldn't recommend if you just need a primary doctor and require little attention.

I was on hold for 30 minutes when I decided their phones must be down. I drove to the office and was told they were fully booked so were not answering calls. True professionals.
