I'm a person who works all the time and have no time to get sick, but when illness comes, this is the place that gets me back to work in the same day!!! I just want to say to all the staff how greatful I am with all of y'all, thank y'all for all your efforts and for all that y'all do to help your patients get well, thank y'all as well for being so nice with me and I am very sure you're nice to everyone!!! May God bless you all and your families as well. I highly recommend you all!!!

I have tried and tried and tried to make it work with this place. I go here for my blood pressure medications and acid reflux medications. My blood pressure is well under control. I do not want to come and pay you for a visit every 90 days, and on top of that, have you jacking huge needles into my arm to take blood every 90 days. It's ridiculous! Doctors all over this country see their patients annually, and I'm willing to come every 6 months, and it's not good enough for you people. Poo poo on you

I went here for an injury at work. The people seemed to be very nice but the medical office is filthy. The NP smelled like cigarettes and she didn’t have on gloves when she touched my foot. I’d never go back

I walked in to get medications refilled. And asked what I should do to have my back checked out after an accident. The only people who were nice at all were the receptionist they had. The doc was VERY loud so the office could hear and made me feel very uncomfortable because I asked for a non narcotic sleep aid. And when I asked about advice on having my back checked out, she said she could not discuss that with me because it was a separate visit, and asked me what was more important to me. Then ordered a bunch of test on wellness. Meds I asked for were heart and sleep aid, nothing narcotic, I canceled all test and will never go back to this location.

The nurses are always nice, but I don’t know if this lady is a nurse practitioner or a doctor, but she’s always the one you see when you come there. She’s absolutely horrible, has a nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to patients. She’s dismissive, condescending, does not listen to concerns and does not have the audacity to pretend to care. As someone who worked in the medical field, I’m very familiar with her type, but it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Melanie Stone, a very vile, devilish woman. I avoid this place like the plague. You can tell exactly what type of person she is from interacting with her. The Muscle Shoals location was much better. That woman was so kind and ALWAYS caring.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I go here for a primary and I've never had any bad issues. I love all the ladies in there from the receptionist to the np to the blood work. They always answer any questions I have and listen to my issues and concerns. If I would like to have extra tests run they are fine with my request. They are very thorough with my exams and explaining each course of action. I have other family members go here as well.

I stopped going here about a year ago because my experiences here got progressively worse with each trip, until the staff’s inattention literally gave me the worst injury I’ve ever had.

The first time I went here, the staff was rude and unprofessional.

The second time I went here, I saw a huge cockroach on the ground in the bathroom. I also mentioned to them on this trip that I have a history of passing out during blood draws. They decided not to write this in my file.

The third time I went here, a nurse took blood from me on an upright examination table rather than in a chair with safeguards. (I later found out that if she had read the form better, she would’ve known that this was unnecessary in the first place!) When I passed out, she let me fall face first to the ground, which broke my jaw in two places, split my chin open, and gave me a new medical issue that will literally be a part of my life until I die. As a cherry on top, they recommended me to an oral surgeon that didn’t take my insurance, so I had to pay for their screw-up out of my own pocket.

I have been told I don’t have enough of a case to bring any legal action against these people. So, all I can do is put this out there: this place is the worst medical practice I’ve ever been to. Your health is way too important to trust to these people. Do NOT go here.
