I had the best doctors and nurses deliver my baby back in April. This was my first pregnancy so I was very nervous and just didn’t know what to expect given how you can’t really plan your labor because anything can happen. Luckily I had an amazing team on call, any questions I had were answered, any request I had were met, and made my labor go as smooth as possible without any complications. Thank you!

This is for Labor and Delivery: I called labor and delivery today so they could refer me to Postpartum for a questions about my newly pregnant wife and twins. Whatever “lady” I spoke to over the phone shamed me for calling by saying “this is an emergency room thing, this is an urgent care, you are talking time away from us delivering babies.” I made sure to tell her I did not want to speak to them but to Postpartum but yet she continued to belittle us. The only reason this is not a one star is because a Doctor from Postpartum was in earshot and personally called us back to assist us with our very minuscule question. And people wonder why so many families talk bad on this Hospital…

My son was an e-bike accident and the orthopedic team took amazing care of my son! The care he received from Dr Savakus and all the staff exceeded all my expectations! From the ER to operating room to back home! They have went above and beyond!

Worst service for military members it’s always a 4 hour wait regardless of how messed up you are. Theres not enough doctors and they have you wait that long time just to give you Benadryl. I was very sick and was very dehydrated and was going to pass out a few times which didn’t cause them to pay more attention to the severity of all members issues. This is by far the worst service i ever received.

I had a great ER experience, yes it was 4 hours but they were respectful and listened to my issues and made sure they ordered correct testing. Thank you ER staff, especially my nurse & Dr (Lt Cowden & Dr. Tschinkel)

Could not say enough bad about this medical facility.

Very confrontational staff, every time I have relevant questions in relation to my visit I am met with an obvious attitude from reception.

I cannot get the regular medical care for my kids, to include ER follow ups in a reasonable timely manner. And I’m talking about a 2 month lead time on average.

Anytime a follow up was able to be made, it was because my spouse fought to
maintain the traction of said follow up. Not the hospital reaching back out to us.

I get population concerns and things like that, but for this place to be so cosmetically appealing on the interior and to get so low quality customer service is pretty humorous. In a bad way.

You essentially have to expect conflict when coming to this facility, if you value your family’s respect and time.

And it’s
just, acceptable here.

How is it possible for the ER nurses to be so incompetent, my husband came in because he thought he had been drugged at a club and they told him to home you're just drunk, and then he told his unit and the tested him and turns out he had been drugged!! Crazy that people here care so little.

Absolutely unacceptable. I have been in and out of the ER my entire pregnancy (7 months) for severe pain in my kidneys, and they send me home every time after spending the entire night there. i don’t feel comfortable going back to the ER after my last visit when i went in for KIDNEY pain and they spent all night checking me for preterm labor after i told them im having no symptoms related to labor. they insisted anyways that we do every “intimate exam” necessary to rule it out. i am an SA survivor and told them i did not want a man doing my exams and that i have a past of traumatic experience with men. they said a male doctor was the only one on staff to do the procedure. when they came in to do the transvaginal exam, the lady told me to “think of it like a penis”. i started having a pretty severe episode. i have schizophrenia, and my episodes often make it hard for me to communicate or speak, so i couldn’t say anything or ask them to stop the exam. they told me after we did all of the exams to eliminate the risk of preterm labor, they could clear me for an MRI and i would be able to finally figure out what’s wrong with my kidneys. at 7 am, after being there all night, they told me i would not be cleared for the MRI and sent me home. the worst experience i’ve ever had.
