They are very friendly and helpful. My son and I are patients as well as my mother. I am longer going here it’s 2024 and they are prescribing Ivermectin for Covid. A completely useless drug proven to how no benefits. I don’t understand how this is professional.

I'm only giving a star because I have to.ive called all day and no answer leave voice mail no one to return call. Drive down and not a car in parking lot walk in and them say was booked yet not a patient in there. Twice had one the lpns Google symtoms/Dx right in front me. The receptionist is rude and dont relay messages to lpns so when saw they haven't gotten re visit faxed results to be able to see what problem is. This is a 92 told lady who went from walking one day cant stand next yet said had be out by 5000m got there 440pm.i was a patient spoke to insurance what they covered/didn't after telling lpn. I already talked insurance all needed was prior approval I recieved a letter they could no longer see me.this place use be great after got second lpn they stopped answering calls, returning calls and wanted you see new lpn which has a sweet disposition yet has to google when patient is explaining and provided material from foundation. I loved this place when I moved back but, now I'm disappointed to have to write review. If its something minor and non complicated or routine meds and can wait weeks to be saw this is place but, if you are a complicated, have real medical issues I advise you see md. Or someone with compassion, proffessialism and who cares and will go extra mile... then go somewhere else.

i have only been 2 times . but the office ladies and nurses were very nice. the dr was great its the first time in so long that i was looked at and told what was wrong with out having to fo for a couple of test then be sent to a specialist. rhe dr i was going to thats all she ever did. so it was a very nice change to go where your treated like a person not a co pay.
