My prescription was ordered over the weekend. I "get in line" Monday and all day it says they are closed. I know they are open Mondays and that Monday. I waited forntheir reply to come in and it's bot until Wednesday that I got a Qcode. I went there right away and there was a long line already. It took more than an hour for me to get my medicine. I understand that there's always a ton of refills or new prescriptions. My complaint is, people who were in line were old people like me, some with pain, like me (I was there to pick up my pain medication which I haven't taken since Monday). I suggest that you put chairs as so people can wait sitting down. They just have to do musical chairs as people leave. That's all.

This pharmacy is a great option for retirees & family in this area. The wait time used to be very reasonable (about 30 mins) but now the need has apparently increased tremendously because our last visit to pick up a refill was approximately an hour & 1/2. Since we were also picking up a new Rx, that added another hour or so. Hopefully, there will be a solution to the long wait time in the near future.

Pharmacy is awesome, no more waiting 2-3 hrs to fill a rx at Pendleton on a week day, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully clinic will eventually be available to retirees and pharmacy will be open on Saturdays. Great job and thanks!

Seriously not worth your time. Prepare to spend your entire day waiting either to pick up a prescription that you've been notified is allegedly "ready" or drop off a new prescription. Worst system ever. Absolutely pathetic. Why they can't operate the way a normal pharmacy does is anyone's guess.. I'd rather pay for my prescription that die waiting.

I have been waiting here since 1:44pm today, it's now 3:16pm and the pharmacy has called me to the window twice only to have my meds incomplete. I'm waiting to be called up for the third time and hoping they can get it right this time. What is the problem and why is this happening as it has done before in the past?

Better than driving all the way to Camp Pendleton plus the pharmacy personnel gives 100% effort to serve customers in an efficient manner. The level of proficiency sometimes depends on the DOD pharmacy system they use.

Staff is awesome! Just wish they open until 6pm or so or half-days on Saturdays, at least. Really inconvenient for people with 9-5 jobs 😭

Great benefit for us in the valley, just wished they were open late at least 1 day a week and maybe 1 Saturday 1/2 day a month.
