Went in on 1/26/25 with excruciating pain to the point of not walking. After waiting for about 30 mins I was informed that they are no longer in contract with anthem blue cross, therefore an out of network provider. I had no option due to my condition but to wait and be seen. After waiting another hour I was checked in. After doing all the blood tests, urine tests, CT scan, etc., they said everything looked fine and that I likely pinched a nerve. A week later my hip and low back still hurting tremendously . I called to follow up to see if the doc could refill my Rx that he had given and they said I needed to be seen again. My regular Dr can’t get me in for a few weeks so I’m just stuck unless I want to pay thousands more to go see an urgent care dr. This medical system is rigged and is only made to steal your money, not help you. Shame on this urgent care. They didn’t help me, they didn’t even diagnose what was wrong with me but they gladly took a lot of my money.

I visited this clinic and Dr. Garner two weeks ago. In 82 years I have never seen an urgent care and a doctor this good. Dr. Garner is the best. They took care of me right away and I am very grateful.

What a well run urgent care facility! From the moment we arrived through the entire exam and the tests performed everyone was exceptional. Dr. Ham and his team were extremely thorough and knowledgeable! How lucky we are to have this facility close by!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at the urgent care facility. My wife was extremely sick with COVID-like symptoms, and the front desk was incredibly accommodating. They triaged her quickly and promptly moved her through the evaluations. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed medication to relieve her symptoms. Throughout the entire process, the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. We could not be more grateful for their promptness and kindness.

Ive had to go to this urgent care multiple times. Each time I am speedily checked in and cared for in a professional and kind manner. Everyone was great, the doctors, nurses, techs, and front desk staff. Everything that was going on with me was explained in a way I can understand and how important it is I get my follow ups done.
Sonia K. who works at the front desk especially went above and beyond for me to help me get all my paperwork in order, giving me the proper phone numbers, and explaining how everything works in detail. Insurance and getting appointments scheduling is difficult for me but with Sonia’s help everything was a breeze.

The staff was very good. However I have been making large payments on my account. $75.00- $150.00. I missed a payment and immediately was threatened with collections. I guess if you pay your bills they will intimidate and threaten you.

Place is easy to get to, schedule their appointments correctly so you aren't waiting an hour, and staff/docs are knowledgeable and friendly. Parking structure and some covered parking with solar panels
