I would rate this facility zero stars if possible. We've attempted to visit on multiple occasions, but each time we were told they were "full" for the day. It seems they only see a limited number of patients daily, and once that limit is reached, they stop accepting new patients. This makes it more of a regular doctor's office than an urgent care facility. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment, and when I replied "no," we were turned away. Meanwhile, my child was in tears, and the clinic was still "open," but not seeing any walk in patients. I have never had to have an appointment for an urgent in my life. There was no one in the waiting room either. I am extremely disappointed that a children's specialist would operate in such a manner.

I took my baby boy Ayden in yesterday for the first time, and all of the staff were super nice and welcoming. We were attended pretty quickly. The doctor and nurse that attended my nine month old baby were just very excellent, attentive, answered all questions we had and made us feel that our nine month old was safe. Me & my husband loved it here for our baby. Thank you radys of Oceanside for helping my baby boy feel better, he’s doing so good today and is back to his active self❤️‍🩹

When visiting this clinic, I would caution others about MICHELLE, a blonde nurse. I had a concerning experience when I brought my nephew for a checkup. While taking his pulse oximetry, my nephew was crying and moving his leg, which is understandable for an infant. However, the nurse became frustrated and handled his foot aggressively, which nearly caused him harm. I strongly encourage the clinic to address this issue to ensure better care for all children.

They charged me $900 to see the doctor. After they confirmed our health insurance. Please READ other reviews. You will get billed an insane amount of money. And give you the run around IF you can get a hold of them. You. Do not want to go thru this trust me.

my daughter . she is wheezing and coughing and can't sleep. i took her to urgent care waited over 2 hours to see a doctor but they couldn't help her. they just said to keep Wendy warm. i feel so frustrated

Try to avoid this place if you can. Know that they don't do any tests and all you're doing there is waiting for hours to get some Motrin and a bill for $500.
Took our 1yo because he had been fuzzy all day & with on/off fevers. Even though my son was crying and with a 102 temp in the waiting room, they'd take back everyone who arrived after us. Was given an appointment for 8:15 and got into a room at 9 pm, only to wait until 945 for the Nurse Practitioner who gave off the vibe she did not want to be there and was visibly annoyed at my crying infant. They gave my son Motrin, a Gatorade and no concrete diagnosis and what he had. I knew something was not okay with him so took him to his regular medical office the next day & he was diagnosed with an ear infection. They are quick to send you that ridiculous bill but the service here is horrible. I will say our RN was great and she showed that she cared.

Like everyone else says shady billing you will be left with a big bill after your awesome insurance pays thier share. Stay away at all costs, use the after hours care where you just pay a normal deductable.

I think the level of care here is good, but the way they bill is extremely misleading and unfair. They are listed as an urgent care but bill like an ER. What's more, is there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how they bill...my kids were seen on the same day, in the same room, by the same doctor...one child was billed as an ER visit and one as urgent care. Really avoid this place if you can, it's a SCAM
