All staff is friendly and helpful, and seem genuinely interested in their patients' well being. They ask good questions/follow up questions. This means a lot to me because I always blank out during my visits and forget to ask about certain issues but they are thorough when talking to me so I don't accidentally leave important details out

Janet and lily are the best experience at a front desk that youll ever have! The doctor was awesome as well. Even with no insurance youll get taken cared of and not empty the bank. 3rd time back. Thanks VFHC team!

The only good thing about this place is their friendly front desk staff and nurse Staff was nice too. It seems like they overbook themselves. I went for a physical and it took 3 hours.

This place has some of the worst communication I have ever seen from a doctors office. I got blood work done over 8 months ago and still haven't been told results or contacted regarding it. You will never see an actual doctor. Of the 10+ times I have been here I only ever see PA's. Not once have I ever met or seen Doctor Carlos Oliva. The only thing this place is good for is getting doctor's notes. They also raised their prices for patients without insurance. It's 100$ to have a PA not run any testing or just throw pills at you. Good luck if you have any real ailments they are just going to try and run your insurance up as high as they can if you have it or if you have no insurance they basically do nothing for you.

*Update* I received a phone call after I left this review. The woman on the phone was very passive aggressive and essentially told me my blood work was done 8 months ago not 2. Ok well I still never received any information regarding it so it's worse that it has taken over 8 months and still no communication. Seems they only want to communicate after you leave bad reviews when you are sick of the mediocre service.

It’s crazy how much time flies. I have been coming here since I was seven years old. When we had moved to Vista, one of our aunts had recommended us to this clinic. Ever since then, it has hold a special place in my heart. The majority of my family gets seen by the original PA at Vista Family Health Center. The one that I have grown close with and have learned a lot about taking care of my health is Doctor Luis Suarez. That man has been through the ups and downs with my family. I will appreciate him for being there for my mom when my brother was diagnosed with leukemia. It’s moments like those in a human beings life that you never forget. I also want to thank Doctor Vargas, Lily and Ana for helping in this last chapter of my grandma’s life. I know her bed is going to help us keep her a little longer with us. Thank you Vista Family Health Center Staff.

After making an appointment, I was sent reminders via text. I was also sent a quick questionnaire to complete prior to arrival. I was then given instructions for when I arrived. I was able to remain in my car until they were ready to check me in. The staff were friendly & very helpful. After check in, my wait was minimal before I was seen by a PA. The entire process was so easy and well organized! I just moved to the area and dreaded reestablishing a primary care doctor. I've been to doctor's offices where I questioned why I made an appointment since I wasn't seen until well beyond the scheduled time. This facility is fantastic!
