I recently visited Ageless Men's Health in Carlsbad for my first Myers Cocktail IV, and I couldn't be more impressed. Joey and Rise were absolutely fantastic! They took the time to explain every detail about the procedure, making me feel completely comfortable and informed. The entire process was quick and efficient, taking only 45 minutes, and the best part was that I didn't even need an appointment.

The facilities were spotless, and I appreciated the convenience of the easy parking. The level of care and professionalism shown by the staff was top-notch, and I left feeling replenished and revitalized. I’ve been going to Ageless Men’s Health in Carlsbad for six months now, and I absolutely love it. They offer a full range of concierge services, including IVs and injections. While the name might suggest it’s just for men, it’s definitely not—they’re incredibly welcoming to everyone. Joey at the front desk is always super helpful and knowledgeable, making sure to answer any medical questions you have. The staff truly understands their services and how they can benefit you. I highly recommend more women to check this place out—get your blood tested, assess your hormone levels, and discover what your body needs. Highly, highly recommend!

* Beware of the Bait and Switch *

I stopped by this morning, and I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I wasted two hours of my only day off this week. I spoke with Joey yesterday, explained my situation, and that I was currently using a different provider. I was thorough with my concerns and was told several times not to worry, and that I would be taken care of.
1) the intake paperwork should have been sent to me yesterday, so I wouldn’t have to sit in the office for approximately 20 minutes filling it out.
2) I was told that as long as I brought my labs from the other provider that there would be no issues whatsoever. that was a blatant lie.
3) in order for them to be able to provide me with care, I would need to stop my current treatment cold turkey for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, get new labs done, wait for a prescription to be filled and then restart treatment.
4) basically I’d be back to square one since it would be out of my system, anyone that knows the bare minimum about this treatment knows that it would take 4-6 weeks for it to start kicking in. No thanks
I’m confident, that I was told what I wanted to hear over the phone just to get me into the office.
I’m not upset that they couldn’t help me, I’m upset that my time was wasted. All of this could’ve been avoided with a little bit of honesty over the phone that’s it.
