Absolutely terrible waste of time, discriminatory toward people with disabilities, highly unprofessional and cruel. The counselor I was supposed to see got permission from their supervisor to deny me services for a disability I suspected I had but wasn't even diagnosed with. They make you sign paperwork saying you can't cuss even though they supposedly offer therapy for grieving and trauma (just not to me!) I bet they'll still try to charge for the apointment, which is an issue for a lawyer now. I will be pursuing a lawsuit and anyone who has been rejected or discriminated against by this place is welcome to contact me and join in on the fun. Far more harmful than helpful and will pay a legal price for it.

With such a large amount of people that TrueCare helps it so hard to get ahold of anyone but they do their best to help all the people with or without insurance. I am blessed to have the ability to fix my teeth. Stay blessed Dr. Stephanie Galvez she really cares and does her best. Thank you!

Posting this review because I noticed 1 star and my doctors name. This makes me sad. I have been seeing Dr Sinnapan for a few months now and have had no issues at all. He has helped me and never judges me when I share details of my personal life and/or the challenges I'm facing. I admit he is not much of a talker, but I don't mind. He is always an active listener; That's what's really important.
