I appreciated my experience with the California Medical Group team. The staff is super nice and helpful. Always friendly, always have a smile, and always encouraging. The reason I could not give 5 stars is because for me, the treatment did not yield the results I was hoping for. No fault of the team, but I think the physician did not set realistic expectations. I also did not appreciate the requirement of an in person consult while the physician remained virtual. Otherwise, they were great.

The staff here is very nice. Appointments are always on time. The staff are also always in a good mood and are very thoughtful in asking how the week had gone. A lot of positivity here!!!!

I tried the product two different times within about a five month span. The second time around, the injection did not yield the results I was told they would, or as expected. When I asked one of the staff members a few questions as to why I wasn’t getting the results, her knowledge was very minimal and generic. It doesn’t really seem that the individuals they have working there, are truly educated on the product.

I was also very put off that I was charged a certain amount for my second visit and then received a follow up phone call letting me know that I no longer qualified for auto pay and that I owed an extra $100 after already budgeting $400. In addition, twice I was put on hold, and no one ever came back on the line to continue the conversation, and I was left hanging. The staff are overall pleasant, but leave much to be desired.

I also found it very impersonal that the patients are required to come in person for a consultation while the doctor is virtual. Overall, I do not recommend this particular med spa. There are others.

Absolutely changed my life. After having kids, my weight exploded and no amount of diet and exercise could budge it (and I tried for years). I’m a former distance athlete who knows a whole lot about diet and nutrition so I was hesitant about semiglutide in general. I was set at ease by the lovely women that work in the clinic. They eased me through the process and even comforted me when I cried over stalls. I love my results (cuz yes it does work) but mostly I love my weekly visits and the warm welcome. These ladies want me to succeed and I’m so happy I found this clinic!!

Upon walking in I am greeted with smiles from all the ladies. They are very polite and attentive to details. If there were more stars to give I would definitely give them 10!!

Nice people but total rip off. You can find these meds for cheaper online and have the same experience. The doctor isn’t there and you don’t actually see him so you might as well stay home and get the stuff shipped for less

Hi guys! I am very happy to make this review. Honestly do it go to them start now! The doctor he is honest and open I love his honesty. The beautiful girl who work there are truly amazing. They are very helpful, they are up beat positive women who genuinely wants to see you succeed in your goal. And they have even been on this journey. They make you feel amazing for being you and they are all around sweet women which is very hard to find this kind of people let alone customer service you can tell they love what they do for work. I started this journey a month ago I have already lost 15 pounds in one month with no exercising at all. This very much works everyone is different but trust me it works I’m very happy with my progress and I will continue this journey. If you are thinking about it trust me when I say this is the best place for your Journey. They are very involved and they start to build their own professional relationships with you as a person. All around you will not be disappointed. The best money I’ve spend and for what it’s doing for me the cheapest way and safest no surgery needed feels great. I’m thankful for this company and the girls who work there.

The first disclaimer I want to give is I am a germ. This place is very clean, and they go through all the protocol with the gloves and alcohol and anything needed for their protection and mine. The bedside manner that every staff member has. They’re very flexible and cordial and definitely professional.
