It was my first time at this location and will not ever go back. Our appointment was at 9:30am and we were not seen until 10:50am. I informed the front desk and the medical assistant that I had an appointment at 12pm. I think they relayed the information to the doctor because when she walked in to the room she walked in upset and with an attitude towards me. Instead of apologizing for the wait she said that she cannot foresee how long she needs to be with each patient and it is beyond her control. I totally understand that it is beyond her control but she did not need to come in to our room with attitude & treat me in that manner. I could totally see how irritated she was by her face.

I was greeted by a friendly and efficient young lady who was attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She went over with me the billing and insurance process clearly.

I was seen quickly by a Physician Assistant who listened to my description of complaints, making sure she understood. Tests were done to confirm her diagnosis and to rule out other possible illnesses. She promised to send me the test results within the hour and arranged to have necessary medication prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The process was quick, efficient and professional. I would recommend Carbon Health to anyone with an uncomplicated health issue that requires medical attention.

Overall I had a very positive experience. I had an appointment but still waited 30 minutes. That was probably the only negative thing - otherwise the nurse and PA were helpful, fast and got me diagnosed and treated. The facility was clean and front desk was very nice and good service.

I had a bad ankle twist and was not able to walk properly. I got the appointment for the same day.  The check in was quick but the wait time was roughly 20 mins. The staff is friendly and the quality of care is excellent. I wasn’t sure if it was a fracture or a sprain and the x ray facility was not available that day but they guided me to places where I had easily done my X-ray. Within a short time, they confirmed it was not a fracture and provided clear instructions on how can I recover from an ankle sprain injury quickly. Overall, a good experience and would recommend for any urgent care.

The appointment was easy & quick. My daughter had strep throat, they tested her and wrote her a prescription and we were on our way! Everyone was kind and helpful.

me in quickly. Wait to be brought into an examination room was not long. The person who took my vitals was very nice. He did let me k ow that the patient in front of me needed some additional assistance and apologized for any waiting. Another person came in to apologize again and updated me on timing. PA came in and she listened, asked questions and was great! Would definitely recommend this site and team

I recently took my 6-year-old son to Carbon Health in Campbell, and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. First off, I wasn’t greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately set the tone for the visit. I had already provided the reason for our visit when making the appointment, and also told the receptionist again when we arrived, but no one mentioned that they were out of rapid strep/flu swabs until after I had paid the $50 fee and the nurse had seen us.

The real issue came when I began following up on the results from the swab. I called every day, but no one ever returned my calls or provided any updates. Finally, after a week of waiting, I called again and was told that either A) they lost the swab, B) it wasn’t sent to the correct lab, or C) it wasn’t sent at all—and they didn’t even know where it was. Needless to say, I’m extremely frustrated.

If you need timely results for your child—especially to determine if they need to return to school or to confirm whether heavy antibiotics are necessary—I would advise against going to this clinic. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, and confusion with the swab were completely unacceptable

Excellent. The receptionist was very nice, and kind. The nurse was an angel. I had to take a blood test and I did not feel anything. Her hands are blessed. The Doctor was also very kind. She listened to me carefully and made all the exams possible in that place to figure out where my symptoms are coming from. I highly recommend this place.
