My Husband and I rave to all family, friends and gym members regarding Dr. Grossmans Chiropractic work. He is phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable and I am forever grateful for having been referred to him.

Initially I had a pinched nerve in my neck and was unable to move at all, being a Certified Personal Trainer and Gym Owner, my being immobile was a huge impact on my day to day. Especially being a Mother of a toddler and newborn at the time. A trip to the E.R. didn't help me as much as Dr. Grossman did. We are now going on over 2+yrs, a 3rd pregnancy and my Husband being a professional MMA fighter (Dr. Grossmans services were essential during his fight camp and recovery). Mike cares for your overall health and offers great advice. He takes the time to get to know you and your issues which most chiropractors do not do based on my experience. Dr. Grossman is immensely personable and proficient. Easily the best chiropractor I've ever seen. He really listens, and his approach is holistic and geared towards finding solutions for both the short and long term.

I always thought that chiropractors were all about the back and a quick 'adjustment,' but when you see Dr. Grossman he employs a number of different modalities to address multiple areas of the body as needed.

Adapt is a friendly place, and has a small gym area where his business partner John works with patients in physical therapy. These guys are the real deal. I probably would never have known about Adapt were it not for my longtime trainer at Fit Clinic in San Jose.

I have a long history of physical issues, and it is so gratifying to have found people who really care and are ready, willing, and able to help me thrive.
