Wow my family and I just have them as family doctor from last year. Today I called to schedule for Dr appointment for my son since he had fever and a lot of kids at his school have norovirus. They straight up said they no longer take him as a patient since he is under 15th and told me to find a different Dr. Wow, no notice or anything. Unbelievable. I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Louis is simply the best! I have been a patient of hers for over 10 years and I could not be happier with the care I receive. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and understand my treatment options.

I rarely post any reviews but feel Dr. Louis is very deserving of this review. She's been my Doctor for several years and is now our family doctor.
She's extremely knowledgeable and caring, she is diligent in following up post any consultation and is able to set your mind at ease with excellent communication skills.

Dr. Louis is a fantastic doctor. After being diagnosed with a genetic auto immune disorder, Dr. Louis helped me come up with a treatment plan based on what works for the rest of my family. Dr. Louis is kind, the office staff is extremely organized, and Dr. Louis is even able to take phone appointments or walk-ins if you need to be seen urgently.

When I switched insurance plans, I was nervous when it came to finding a doctor that worked for me, but Dr. Louis has been fantastic. I hope to be a patient for a long time.

I regret the day we stepped into this office! From day one dealing with this office has been horrible. I wish I can have this office less than zero!
They have been a nightmare to me and my family!
Their Billing department never answer, I have Called to speak with Mary about a thousand time. They don't know how to bill the insurance and they send tons of billing invoices.

Dr. Louis is the doctor for our entire family and has been for several years. She has a wonderful bedside manner and she is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She also saw my mother-in-law via house call when she was visiting from Portugal - at no cost. Anytime I text her with a question, she responds immediately. I give her my highest recommendation. I honestly don't believe the reviewer named Christine. Nothing in her review sounds legitimate.
