When I came to Bio Reset, my knee was practically gone. I had a grade III flap tear in my meniscus, in the same knee that already had a history of ACL tears, reconstruction surgery, and failure on my part to keep up my physical therapy... I couldn't train jui jitsu anymore. I could barely even walk through a grocery store or book store without my knee dislocating with severe pain, and for me to have to force it back into place with even more pain.
This injury kept me from doing what I loved for 7 months, with no sign of recovery. Surgeons tried to convince me to remove the meniscus completely but I knew that would affect my athletic career.
After going through 3 rounds of PRP + Placenta Matrix injections at Bio Reset, I finally found myself back to training, back to competing and winning many tournaments. I'm able to hike and run and be outdoorsy with confidence. My knee will never be 100%. But it is stronger than it was even before the meniscus tear.

Unorganized, expensive and not worth it. I’m still in debt trying to pay off this “treatment”. I could never get in touch with the doctor and there were not ever any notes post call so I was always scrambling to figure things out. The drs are nice but I can’t recommend this place.

If you are looking for a medical office that thinks outside the box, you've found the right place. I visited BioReset Medical to treat my red meat allergy (also called Alpha Gal Syndrome). After some blood work and testing, I was able to drop my allergy numbers in half via Ozone Dialysis. Im hopeful that after a few more visits I'll be able to enjoy a hamburger and bacon again.

Dr. Cook and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. The medical staff were even prepared for the possibility of an allergic reaction to the medication used for the procedure.

I've already had a follow up call from one of the staff to see how I've been doing since my office visit. I can only speak for the services that were done to me, but I can confirm that the outcome was positive. I'll be back for a number of other ailments that my primary physician has yet to be able to help me with.

Dr. Cook (and the amazing staff at BioReset Medical) has changed my life. I had lost faith in modern medicine and trust in doctors, receiving countless diagnosis and treatments. When I met Dr. Cook it was normal for me to sleep 5 hours for one out of every 6 nights and I was on over 6 different medications (since the time I was 13, I am now 22). Dr. Matt Cook is one of the best functional medicine doctors out there! Grateful for him and his team every day. He led me down a path of healing my gut issues, allergies, and detoxing mold. He cares so much to help people feel better and uses new treatments that most doctors do not even know about. He is basically Nikola Tesla but for functional medicine. Anyone who is suffering from health issues I would highly recommend Dr. Matt Cook.

I hate to write this review,.. Everyone at the office says they care, they seem to care, I truly want to believe that is true. I had even held off writing any immediate review -hoping multiple interactions would lead to a positive experience but it hasn't. They are consistently making mistakes, not keeping their word and uncoordinated. This has lead to a very poor overall experience (multiple times).

And then there is Dr. Cook.
I believe he can be great, or was great at one time. Unfortunately that has not been my experience when working with him. (multiple times) To be honest, he seems enamored by the spectacle of his own success, -partially disconnected from many of the statements given (as if he'd been repeating them time after time & is stuck on auto-pilot) and COMPLETELY disconnected from the actual patient experience.
Unless you have cash to burn or are going in there for something basic I would look somewhere else. I have had better experiences with Free Health Care.

I had the most amazing experience at BioReset Medical! Dr. Cook and the entire staff are incredibly supportive, friendly and most importantly they truly listen. The treatments suggested were explained well and made sense. Many of the treatments gave me relief in the same day, and while some will take a little longer, I feel better and more hopeful then I have in years.

The focus is to get people well and it shows.

As for me, I am 40 years old. For the last 20 years I had over a dozen long standing injuries from car accidents and sports related injuries from martial arts. The impacted areas include shoulders, low back, hip, groin, leg and knee. Additionally, I have had digestion issues, and auto-immune responses from food due to leaky gut. On top of that I have had chronic fatigue that caused me to have to spend 4 days a week recovering from basic activities like cleaning the house or walking two blocks to the market.

All this combined had drastically reduced my quality of life to the point of being fully disabled.

I have seen over 30 health care professionals and had dozens of tests including MRI’s, CT scans, and blood work. Out of every one avenue I have pursued only a couple have been able to offer solutions to a just a few of affected areas. With so many years of being poked, prodded, and tested with so little to show for, I had developed medical PTSD. Every time the idea of repeating the process came up my mood would shift into a darker place.

Dr. Cook and his amazing staff helped me to quickly move past my fear and concerns. He not only heard me when I expressed frustration with my fatigue, which many other Dr’s. did not find meaningful. He had ideas of what it might be. We ordered some lab work to make sure. He was confident that beginning treatment would be the best option before waiting for the labs to return, and I am grateful he did.

Unequivocally I feel the best I have in two decades. My daily routine has changed for the better. I am no longer judging myself for not being able to do more, because I can, with ease move my life forward. I can think more clearly, improving my focus. I can walk more functionally. I can start living the life I was concerned may never happen again. Dr. Cook has changed my life for the better, I am truly grateful!
