I need to mention three employees that were exceptional! Jimmy, liezl, and Maribel we're not only professional but went out of their way to make sure my visit was comfortable, convenient and fast! Jimmy and Liezl were very skilled and they all seems cohesive as a team. As a nurse instructor I was super impressed at their skills and patience with my horrible veins that are notorious for 'not showing up' 😉
Much nicer experience than Quest!! Will return here anytime!

Had my TB test done at this Campbell location. Staff was cordial and kind. There were several people in the reception area when I arrived on time for my appointment so thought I might have to wait, however, they assisted me right away. When I went back for the reading, it was also quickly and efficiently done.

I had a really disappointing experience with the staff member I encountered. The way she spoke to me was just rude upon arrival. I believe the receptionist’s name was Evelyn. Instead of politely reminding me of the appointment time, she bluntly stated with attitude that I can’t be helped because I was supposed to come in before 4PM. Mind you, I came in around 4:15PM. I was taken aback because the appointment card clearly stated 4 to 4:50 PM.

When I mentioned this, she asked if I had the card with me. I didn't, so she then asked if someone could get it for me. If the appointment card was a requirement to be seen for the 2nd appointment, it should have been stated during the initial visit. It was so unnecessary of her to go that far to ask me to ask someone else to find the card for me. When I expressed my frustration, she said, "We can make an exception if it’s our mistake," which felt like a begrudging concession rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. However, I am thankful that nurse Jimmy spoke up & told her to give me my form. He’s the only reason why I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.

I don’t recommend this location at all. I had a better experience with the nurse Paulo in Mountain View location & only opted for the location in Campbell out of convenience.

Very small, non-descriptive waiting room. 10am TB test appt on Thurs. I was welcomed and helped immediately. Zero privacy. No questionnaire to complete. Nurse asked a few qualifying questions. Felt very weird that my TB test injection was performed right there in the waiting room… with 4 visitors/patients present. I really didn’t mind…but it was definitely weird that I wasn’t taken into a back/side room. No bandaid offered for my injection site, even though there was some very slight bleeding. All staff was very nice and cordial. Entire visit took only 10 minutes.

Easy to find and plenty of parking but the experience was five stars because of the staff who were extremely helpful, truly gracious, and very accommodating. I had the wrong date for my appointment and they still made room for me. The staff was helpful explaining to me what I needed/what we needed to complete, and helped me navigate the process including cost. I am so thankful for their kindness and making their efforts appear effortless.

So so grateful to wellnessmart! All credit goes to Evelyn and Rechel for having such kind smiles and being so understanding when I walked in 5 minutes before closing TWO days in a row. 🫣 they were professional and even said “you came before we close no need to worry” it’s never fun to deal with someone taking advantage of an employee’s time but regardless they did not mind and were again so very kind! 5 stars for two wonderful and professional ladies!

Easy location to get too, ample parking and tons of apppintment slots available.
Blood draw was painful and first time missed the vein and had to redo a second time. For someone with needle phobia that was not ideal 🫣No place to lay down and get blood drawn so I laid across two chairs instead. Very tiny place. Would only go if I absolutely had to.
