I wanted to share a short story. My puppy has anxiety when we leave the house and she chewed up my CPAP mask. I called southern medical walked in, and they had a spare waiting for me. This place is amazing. They are attentive, and always willing to help you highly recommend.

I am amazed at the service from this company!! I had a problem with the nebulizer I use for asthma/ COPD. It quit suddenly last night after at least 10 to 15 years of working perfectly. I called Southern Medical to see what my next step was, whether I contacted my doctor or came in with my insurance information, etc. The super nice lady I spoke to told me that if the machine was still running, it might only need a new mouthpiece (a part that cost less than $5!). She asked me to bring it in and they would try it for me. She was exactly right, that mouthpiece was the only problem. It still works like a charm. I am astounded and SO appreciative of their wonderful, experienced and excellent help! I see that they have rated 5 stars from everyone and I can see why. I will never go anywhere but there for anything medical I may need --- and will spread this story near and far 😛 What honesty!! How many others would have sold me a new machine without even trying the inexpensive part? Incredible honesty to find -- especially these days -- thank you so much. Doing business with you was a true pleasure!!
