The supplies are great when you can get them... I hate that I have to order every few months. I call and call only exchange answers. I never get a call back. I had a problem with this company for months until I finally got my doctor to handle issues. For a couple of deliveries they were on the ball, delivery great. Then supply company said I would have to call and order my self . I called and the nightmare starts over again. ?
If I could give no stars or a minuse I would.?

The worst customer service that you can imagine. Calling all morning, 2 people at CS hung up on me. Left 4 messages, no call back. I don’t know how to be in contact with their customer service. I’m sure you don’t care about this reviews otherwise something would have been changed in your Bussiness CS. Your managers and supervisors should have beet more proactive that you will do not only your assignments but a customer service too. Imagine you’re the patient or patient’s parent.

I really wish I can give no stars. I know the healthcare system is a mess, but this is ridiculous for a medical company. They're a straight joke. I got a delivery from them the other day for my dad and have been trying to call them about a defective mattress for days now. It always goes to voicemail, and despite leaving them a voicemail as they request, I've received no call back. Even left them a voicemail before the delivery when they called to schedule delivery time. No call back. No emails. Nothing. I haven't even spoken to a person yet. Also, don't get me started on their calls and how they present themselves.

Honestly you'd be better off making the things yourself before they will send you your items. I was going to go in person, but based off of other reviews, I see I'm no better off doing that. Ridiculous. There's a special place in Hell for people who play with other's health and lives like this.

If there is a 0 star ever for this worst supply company in the world. No customer service at all, rude, non responsible, unprofessional services that you can ever imagine. I’ve been trying to contact with any staff member for 4 months and no one is answering me nor returning my voicemails, if you somehow reach to a customer service representative, they transfer your call so many times and again no one there to answer your call.
This company cares only about its money as they are charging my medical for no reason without giving any explanation.

Doctor ordered wheelchairs and walking sticks for our families and we never received the products. Tried to call this company. We called 100* times and every time just got transferred here and there and no one actually helped us. Left voice mails and no one ever called back too. What a JOKE for a medical supply company that people’s health depending on it.

-50 ⭐ PLEASE RUN. A URGENT request to them means it gets mailed quicker. They don't care about patients!! Or if they can breathe!! Nobody calls you back! Nobody picks up the phone. I was told it was mailed already but it was to be delivered ( URGENT request) 3 to 5 day's for delivery but yet they cannot provide a tracking number but it was mailed. When someone is DEPENDENT ON A MACHINE TO BREATHE AND A URGENT REQUEST IS SENT THAT DOESN'T MEAN MAIL IT!!!! the people I have spoke to are rude and could care less hopefully I'm still alive in 3 to 5 days as I'm slowly suffocating I'm hoping my dr can get a approval for another company today I understand why the 1 star rating they have and I do have a text and voice mail that states everything I have said

If you value your health go somewhere else. It's been 4 weeks still can't get my CPAP supplies. It just rings, leave voice mail, nobody calls back. One time i was put on hold for 49 minutes till i hung up, another time a was on hold they picked up and started giving me another patients information I told her no i was trying to place a order and she said she could not help me.
