We decided here because the reviews were raving. Now I'm questioning whether these are all fake reviews or I had a very unlucky experience. I booked last minute, morning of 2/2/25 at opening and was so glad they were able to get my husband and I in at 6:30pm for a one hour couples massage. I had a pregnancy prenatal massage and he had deep tissue. The woman who greeted us was very nice, welcoming and professional and the place seemed clean at first... now this is the part where my 5/5 review like the majority of everyone else took a HUGE turn to 1/5. I got a call from the receptionist at 5:35pm asking us if we can come in 15-20 minutes earlier, which made us rush our dinner. We skipped our dessert just to make sure we had enough time. So that wasn't a big deal just kinda annoying since we were notified within the hour of our appointment.

As soon as we get into our couples room to change right as I was about to get into the bed, I turned open the covers and there was a giant bug!!! I couldn't make out what kind of bug it was but it looked like a huge beetle or like a bed bug or roach. I accidentally touched it to make matters worse but so glad I did otherwise I would have never known or seen that it was in the bed. My husband was already undressed in his bed but was equally surprised in a not good way. I then let the employee immediately know, she asked me to turn on the light seen the bug on the pillow sheet and did apologize and quickly removed the pillow and the sheets to grab clean ones. She quickly came back to the room with new sheets (which were stained) I was able to see that the sheets looked dirty and stained because the light was still on.

So that was gross. Thats when I should have walked out but I didn't want to be rude
And I regret it because the massage wasn't any better. My massage therapist had very shaky hands. The whole entire massage her hands were shaky. Now this is my first time here but I don't feel like that was normal. Felt like her hands were tired after a long day or she had arthritis. The shakiness was that bad. I should've been the one shaking after seeing that disgusting bug not her. So it's already hard to relax. We got rushed there, there was a big nasty bug in the bed, and now the constant hand shaking. I was definitely not relaxed. every time she checked in throughout my massage I had to keep telling her to apply more pressure every time she asked me and even once on my own and she did not adjust to more pressure. Maybe she didn't want to press hard because of my pregnancy but I definitely let her know I wanted more pressure. Honestly she did not seem qualified for a pregnancy massage. Not sure if it's because we were the last clients of the day but she seemed a bit like she was rushing my massage. Every time something felt decent or good she quickly went to the next thing after a few seconds not even a minute.

I always check out different massage places so I can definitely tell when someone is tired and or rushing through. The only pleasant part of when she would take her time was when I was being stretched, that was nice but everything else this was probably the worst massage I've experienced. At one point she even had the towel covering my nose and mouth too then when she realized she laughed about it and fixed it. I forgot her name but she looked very young. So overall it was very disappointing. My husband also said his massage was just okay. He didn't have anything negative to say but his massage was good but nothing special. After everything we still tipped. I don't think we should have got charged full price considering our experience or at the very least another apology or more concern about the bug in the bed but whatever. I was also expecting to be offered tea and fruit like in some of the photos it looks like thats what some clients are offered which seemed very lovely but we were just offered water bottles to go. Overall good customer service but bad- to decent massages and definitely not clean!

Andy gave an excellent massage! He helped with some major tension areas, and was very conscientious, checking in to make sure everything was ok and the pressure was to my liking. I’ll definitely book again!

My partner and I were on a weekend visit and needed some good (deep tissue) massage. Yawee and Andy were amazing massage therapists. We each had a great experience with them independently- they provided very thorough Thai/intuitive+ massages.

We were able to spontaneously book (within a couple hours later that same Saturday) “combo massages” and walked away feeling so much better. The service and vibe of all staff there was lovely. Awesome spot.

The best experience ever!! I want to tell the world this was such an incredible Thai deep tissue massage. The massage therapist, June, was so attentive and truly made me feel relaxed and listened to what level of pressure I wanted for the massage. I have been here 4 times and have always received such amazing customer service and outstanding massages.

7/6/24 I just had the most amazing massage of my life! Sophia was phenomenal . I have a back injury and Fibromyalgia and ai am constantly in pain. My muscles are super tight all the time. Sophia gave me the best most thorough massage that I have ever had. I felt like I grew 2” when I walked to me car. The place was clean and welcoming. I cannot say enough great things.

Best Thai massage specialists in town. Besides doing a 10/10 job, the staff are very attentive and accommodating to schedule changes. I've been going here for 5+ years now and they always do a fantastic job.

All the masseuses are great, especially Sophie and Mai are the best. Highly recommend this place.

We go here for 60 min couple’s massage - Andy for my husband and June for me. Their massage is absolutely perfect. They know exact pressure points. Skilled and caring people. Very peaceful and calm experience everytime we go here.
