I Loved working with Sean. He is very personable and compassionate about your needs and works with you exactly the way you want and would work for your body. He has a great sense of humor which makes the sessions fun and adds a personal touch to them. I plan to continue working with him in the future.I would recommend Sean anytime.

3 months ago, I was searching for new wellbeing ideas I could add into my busy working week, one that was movement based. Sean and Add Health was recommended by a Bay Area friend and he’s been a perfect fit.
Currently I’ve been doing a daily live stretch break since November. It’s an online zoom (~15min) and it’s helped me personally with loosening up neck tightness. Sean and Nicole’s super power is being personable and great communicators. They incorporate different ways to be healthier from practicing balance to slower, deeper breathing.
If you’re looking for a new engagement idea, I’d highly recommend looking up Add Healths stretch breaks.

After letting myself go for over 2 years, Sean inspired me to get back into a healthy lifestyle. After my initial session with him, I realized how much I missed being healthy and fit again. I just needed someone to hold me accountable. It took about a month to adjust to the new lifestyle.

Seeing Sean consistently and working out independently in between 1-1 sessions changed my life. Eating only whole foods and ditching ultra processed foods became a byproduct of my new lifestyle. I am fortunate to have Add Health as a resource at my workplace. Personal training sessions were made available last October as part of our company's efforts to maintain a workplace of mental and physical health and well-being. Prior to this, I had never had any experience with personal training and have never even stepped foot inside a gym!

Sean immediately made me feel at ease, and asked me about my fitness and health goals. I shared that I had a dream of hiking to Everest Base Camp and wanted to work towards that goal during our personal training sessions. During our weekly sessions at the office gym, Sean gave me a wide variety of exercises and even counseled me on my eating habits. He knew the perfect exercise & weight combinations to give me a challenge.

I finally accomplished the Everest Base Camp hike in March, and I could feel the results from the personal training sessions. Sean had me do a lot of step-ups and leg strengthening exercises, and I felt a huge difference from the hikes I did before I started my personal training sessions. I had previously injured my knee on a multi-day hike I did a few years ago, but I came back from my three week hiking trip injury free and feeling stronger than before. I would highly recommend Sean and Add Health to anyone who wants to meet & exceed their fitness and health goals!
