I had a really excellent experience with Mission Medical Supply over the last few days. The office staff, Vanessa and Paradise, did more than I would ever have expected to ensure that my mother’s new hospital bed arrived the same day that her old rental was being picked up. They always knew what was going on, they kept me informed, they even worked with the outgoing rental company. I am so impressed! As if that weren’t enough, Michael (the delivery man) was prompt, friendly, and set the new bed up quickly and carried out every bit of the trash. I am happy to recommend Mission Medical Supply!

Completely a 5 star review. The medical bed that was delivered was no hassle on our part. The delivery person was very kind, respectful and a clearly a hard worker. I could put out a whole separate review on just the delivery person. The bed was delivered by the time the company promised us, and it was assembled in no time. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the bed, eg: how long the mattress, the electric motors, and everything else should be expected to last and told us that we can call them if we have more questions. This was our first and only experience with this company, but they made a great first impression. I highly recommend choosing them over anyone else.

My mother was discharged from a nursing home and she can't stand at all. The only place we had at home was a really old recliner and she was in it for almost 2 weeks. Our home health team put in the paperwork to get her a hospital bed but it took awhile for it to get through and approved. The day Vanessa at Mission Medical Supply got the request she got it processed for the next day. Then she called back about 10 minutes later and asked if they could deliver the bed in a few hours. They were concerned about my mom hurting in that recliner so Mike delivered and assembled the bed a few hours later. We were so relieved to have the bed abd it has helped her alot. She was able to stand up the next day because the bed co9uld be adjusted higher. Thank you Mission Medical. You have a wonderful team! Thank you Vanessa and Mike!

Wonderful experience. My disabled sister, that lives hundreds of miles away, had a tire crack on her rollator walker and needed an immediate replacement. Mission Medical Supply had a rollator walker replacement delivered to her assisted living home the very next day fully assembled and ready to roll! The entire price was cheaper than buying one from any discount store (where assembly and delivery would have also been extra). I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service, communication, and follow through with this company. Thank you!!
