Very customer-oriented experience so far as Dad and I explore portable power wheelchair options. The owner actually came out to make sure they honored their appt with us. I recently had the pleasure of working with Advance Medical Supply. When our doctor recommended an electric scooter for my mom, I immediately contacted Advance Medical Supply. From the very first call, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine care exhibited by the lady at the front desk. She not only listened to our needs but also took the initiative to contact our doctor and promptly send out all the required documents for the scooter.

What truly stood out was the level of dedication and flexibility displayed by the staff. They arranged for onsite investigations at a time that suited our preferences, going above and beyond by working beyond regular hours, even after 6pm, to ensure that the investigation was completed thoroughly and efficiently.

In just one week, we received the electric scooter. The manager delivered it to our doorstep. He also offered us comprehensive training on how to use the scooter effectively and safely.

I couldn’t recommend Advanced Medical Supply in La Mesa enough!! Everyone we spoke to was absolutely wonderful. My grandfather had hip surgery and requested a trapeze bar at home to help him in bed. I called them around noon to see what was available and by 4pm it was already delivered and installed (for no extra cost)! For certain items they offer a rental option which is great if you want to test something out before you buy it in full. The man who installed the bar was incredibly helpful and even offered to come back if we ever need to adjust the trapeze bar or switch it out for a heavy duty model. I really want to thank everyone at Advanced Medical Supply for helping us today, we greatly appreciate it!!

Even though wearing masks had become less common in the post-COVID era, Fadel took the initiative to wear one while working, demonstrating his commitment to safety and professionalism.
