Our ASC needed urgent loaner in Las Vegas and Aaron was able to have a C-arm to me from San Diego to my operating room in less than 24 hours. There was a minor technical issue once the machine was here but Aaron was reachable by phone to discuss and rectify. The rental was reasonable and cheaper than losing 5 neurosurgery cases.

We rented a c-arm a few months ago with intent to buy. The initial sales process was good however we were promised help with the IT portion and despite many phone calls and emails they were not helpful after the fact. Poor service after you sign a contract. We are returning the machine and do not recommend.

I called them because we were in a tough spot. Not only were there prices good but where able to deliver on a short notice. Aaron was amazing and did everything he could to help. I wouldn't definitely recommend there service from now on.

Ordered a refurbished Ziehm quantum. Had good experience with rep (Aaron) while we were negotiating terms of sale. We were promised a 6 month warranty with a quote for the service plan that would be available after the 6 month warranty. Machine stopped working within the 6 months warranty. Company however stopped responding to email and phone calls (during this time our procedure suite was down and patient needed to be continentally rescheduled). Given Pacific Health Care’s lack of response, we had to locate our own technician to come repair machine. The machine has been a lemon since, requiring frequent repairs. Pacific Health care imaging never made good on service plan that was quoted and no longer respond to email or text. I contacted our corporate attorney to see if we could send the machine back given breach of contract, however, given that they are in another state, it would likely be more expensive to fight than eat the cost of this machine. We are purchasing a new machine from vendor with the promise that they will take the Pacific Health Care Imaging one off our hands. In closing I would advise not purchasing from this company. Our experience was the company does not have the integrity to back up the products they refurbish and sell.

Needed a good pre-owned OEC C-Arm. Called Aaron and worked out a great deal with a trade in of one of our current c-arms. Things could not have gone smoother. Pre-owned c-arm was delivered and is hard to tell apart from our other two new OEC machines. No problems what so ever.
