I would give them 5 stars if they picked up the equipment! Still sitting in the living room for 7 months! They were quick with delivery and the items were new. If I knew how to take the bed apart I'd deliver the items!! I have called numerous times and left messages but not a call back! Sad part is it keeps reminding me of my mom's end, not the good times.

If I could leave less then one star I would. They are terribly unprofessional. Classmates and I all put our orders in advance over a month ago(we were all quoted varying pick up time frames from a few days to roughly 10 days) but that they will call when our prepaid orders were ready. Over 2 weeks go by I called and asked when my stuff would be ready as we’d need the uniforms for school in less than 3 weeks by now. The lady on the phone told me that the uniforms should be ready soon they’ll give me a call, but then asked when we’d really need the uniforms by for clinicals in a way that definitely conveyed to me they have not placed the order for our things. Another week goes by I called AGAIN and was told once again they’d be ready soon. At this point I’m pretty mad and told them how unprofessional this was at which they now blamed the embroidery company being the reason for the delay.(I’m sorry I call BS).
Super disappointed with their services is an understatement of the catastrophe of a business they are. Do not count on your things being ready on time.

This store doesn't care for their customers. I ordered a uniform and pay them in advance. They told me they will call me once it is ready. It's almost a month now and never receive a call and no uniform. I call them and ask if the uniform is ready, the guy told me "did we call you and told you that the uniform was ready!", I said no, then the guy told me to wait for our call and hang-up the phone.

I first called to inform my-self if they had what I need it (Nebulizer for Albuterol). The gentleman who answered the phone was patient, nice, and had the nebulizer. When I showed up to purchase it, it was already put a side ready for me. Before I paid, he was kind enough and opened it himself to show me how it had to be put together. And made sure that i saw that all the parts were inside the box. He also took his time on explaining to me about the filter change, and when & where it had to be done on the nebulizer. At all times he was very nice, patient, and polite. I will definitely repurchase here again and recomend this place. Overall very content customer.
