I have been going here since I was a child. When Dr. Danesh stopped working as frequently the costumer service here has become intolerable. I rarely write negative reviews but I have been so upset with the service here that it made me cry out of frustration. I went for a referral to my OBGYN as I have an HMO insurance plan. I just wanted a general check up. The doctor gave me a referral but the referral was not able to be accepted by my OBGYN .which the doctor knew when writing it. So I went back to get another referral that had the proper wording for my OBGYN to see me. I told them that I have an hour for an appointment will I be able to be seen in that time. They said probably. When I went in there was one person that was being seen with the doctor @10:30 I was not able to see the doctor by my appointment time @11am @11:45 I still had not been seen;so I wasted my time and was not able to be helped for a referral . Also I told them that I was given a passed due bill of $9 and I asked them why and they said that they should have been charging me $8 instead of $5 as a copay because my insurance considers my primary a specialist. The lady that told me this was very rude and had a bad attitude and said it was not there fault that they could do nothing and I was to be charged $8 now on because my insurance considers my primary a specialist. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The service is awful.

It is absolutely shocking to me that this office is rated 1.7!!! That is rarely seen in ANY business . I’ve either been incredibly lucky or there’s some Anomaly I’m missing because I’ve had nothing but very positive experiences here. Everyone from the front desk staff all the way up to the top, everyone I have encountered has been extremely caring , kind, and attentive . I have experienced NONE of the issues mentioned in the negative comments here . So it’s perplexing to say the least!

The only thing I would say is that I DO agree that things aren’t explained very well in terms of when they send you off for referral appointments. They could do a better job with that. But apart from that , the think they’re wonderful. Particularly the PA Nadia tavakkoli. She is absolutely fantastic with a wonderful bedside manner. And she gives you all the time you need to get all your concerns or questions answered . And she does so with obvious care and kindness. Much like a surrogate mom. I thoroughly enjoyed her family story anicdotes as it came up in conversation. She made me extremely comfortable and at ease. I liked her very much. And Dr danesh is absolutely wonderful and also very funny with lots of great stories as well! It really makes for a much better experience when you have to come to the doctor for something.

Dr Danesh is amazing but not in office much. The female PA they have is very rude but the guy u saw for my last annual physical was amazing.

This review is long overdue! ZERO STARS
This is the most unprofessional staff I have EVER encountered, beginning with the front office, doctor, MA and PA. They cancel appointments, say you’re on a waiting list (that does not exist) only to show up to the appointment scheduled a month ago to be told the doctor had surgery! UNBELIEVABLE! This place should be shut down!

The staff here is rude and they refused to accept my change in order to make up for the $10 i was missing. They knew my rough situation and turned me away regardless. The staff doesn't have a heart and would rather refuse service for a simple misunderstanding. The lady in the back is power tripping since she recently got promoted to file paperwork. Over a simple misunderstanding, she wouldn't accept my apology and instead she left me without a primary doctor for half a month while my face is still healing from a fracture. Now i need to get a new doctor and all new referrals again. Save your time and look for a doctor elsewhere

Please don’t book here unless, you want below standard customer service. Don’t book here if you want to avoid excuses about anything from long wait times, to “not done” accidents, like sending away for info, placing med referrals to specialists, and other generic unorganized business bad habits. The doctor interrupted me when I was answering a question about my health with “do not talk when I talk.” What kind of doctor gives you excuse after excuse for any question, completely be unable to hold conversation. The list is endless. Feel free to contact me to verify my experience. I am not slandering and will happily edit my post if they can present evidence that I am being dishonest

This place is awful. Had blood work done April 2021 and stopped by to pick up a copy of my results. The copy they gave me was 5 years old. Needed a referral for urology, they referred me to a gynecologist....I'm male. Also have high cholesterol which runs in my family (they gave me cholesterol meds in the past) my numbers are really high, they refused to prescribe meds for the cholesterol. Seriously, find a doctor who actually cares about his/her patients and will take the time to listen to you. I will never go back too this place again.

I went there for a back problem and they had an intern in the room and the doctor was showing her my problem they never asked me if it was ok with me. Then when I returned for my results they had the intern look at me with no doctor and she evaluated me and said I was good and when I asked to see the doctor because I didnt feel comfortable they said she was busy. When i walked out the room the doctor was just standing behind the desk doing nothing just looking at the staff she didnt even look at me. So do not go here! unless you just want to waste your money and get results from an intern so they can just sit back and collect.
