So great! There was an eight person wait and I got in within an hour. I was worried that they wouldn’t have all the facilities. I had strep throat. But they were able to give me two shots and a legit prescription and thorough explanations. And amazing service everyone was so nice! It was my first time, but I will be going here from now on.

I schedule an appointment online. Yet when I got to the office they had no information about my scheduling. Being it don't live close they told me I would have to wait for 2 hours. Lucky for me my scheduled time slot was not there an i was able to take that appointment. Other than the scheduling the staff was great polite and understanding. Dr was great and helped with my problem in no time. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs one

Home tested positive for Covid! Was able to be seen almost immediately… staff was very friendly and Accommodating. Upon my arrival they made sure there was a room prepared for me to wait in …. Vitals were taken quickly and physician entered shortly after . A+ urgent care is my number one choice to be seen when my physician is not available! They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and accurate! I’ve been seen here before and have always had a pleasant and quick experience! I’ve been to other urgent care clinics that are almost as bad as visiting the ER ! I am so thankful that my insurance is accepted at A+ urgent care and an added bonus is the location is close by!

Staff were welcoming and informative. I did have to come back due to “walk-ins” being on hold but I was given an appointment for 2 hours later. Upon arrival they honored my appointment time (which I greatly appreciated) and got me to an exam room in less than 5 min after arriving. Ebony came in and ask thorough questions and showed genuine care and concern. She explained to me what the process would be and what I could expect. I would say this is one of the best UC facilities I’ve been too and the way definitely hold up to their name. Thank you

Excellent care. I picked this urgent care because I have the option to schedule an appointment. Which I did. The excellence began at the front desk. The receptionist was very friendly explained everything. The check-in was smooth. The weight was minimal. The office opened an hour later than advertised due to unforeseen circumstances. But even with the backed up schedule, I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was all very polite and professional, and I appreciated the ease of online check in.
