This place is HORRIBLE. I don’t NOT recommend anyone go here. The woman at the front desk should not have a job! She is completely rude to the patients as she Always hangs up on them. She talks extremely rudely to people. The doctor is never in the office. They are not willing to help the patients at all. Something that we were told was taken care of three weeks ago by this office come to find out today that it never got put threw. Very very unprofessional “doctors” office. We have been trying to get my mother a wheelchair and the woman told my mother “ maybe you should call your insurance company and find another primary doctor”

I've been a patient of Dr Danesh for at least two years. He is a very respectable doctor and very experienced. Dr Danesh and one of their PA, Charles Wetter, have been great to me throughout the years. They have helped me with my recovery very efficiently. I highly recommend this urgent care to other patients. The wait might be a little longer than other Urgent care but I can be sure that I'm getting the ultimate service from my providers.

honestly my boyfriends family all have gone here as well as all my friends family, i recently received health insurance through covered california and DR Danesh's office has been so great to me! a little confusion with a new girl my first pap appointment. the woman dr they had that day seemed a lil quick to get u out the door but as long as u stand your ground as with any doctor AND ASK APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS you will get all your answers and there will never be confusion. receiving any and all my prescriptions has been so easy. appointments were quick and easy. and with my addict past, their office not prescribing prescriptions with the possibility of being abused is wonderful! Thanks you guys

Definitely the worst doctors office imaginable… Why insurance companies refer to this doctors office who seemingly does not care about their patients is beyond me. Takes tons of phone calls and pulling teeth to get information you've paid for out of them. It happened to me months ago in my experience with them so I changed doctors with my insurance and now just had a repeat experience ( so much for the benefit of the doubt) when I had to take my husband to this Doctors office per our insurance as well. We are now in the process of switching doctors. The staff was unprofessional and rude and the doctors just laugh at you when you present them with questions and concerns they think are ridiculous .... God for bid they try to give you peace of mind and are extremely rude as well.... haven't seen Dr. Danesh himself personally so I can't speak for him but the rest of the staff blows except for one nice gal and I wish I could remember her name..... lovely African-American lady with beautiful hair she's always been nice the rest of them nooooo. I have literally been reduced to tears in the past because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness from this office. Can't wait to get my husband switched over for real healthcare.....rate this facility a giant F in failure

Horrible, horrible, horrendous! The staff acts like you owe them something! I was told I need surgery and the Dr set me up for surgery and never even looked at what I was complaining of! The staff treats you like your a number not a human! I hate to leave bad reviews but if this will save/prevent someone else from a horrible experience. It’s definitely worth it. P.s I have one star because I was not able to choose no stars! Look at the reviews everyone say the same thing “the staff sucks“ so this means the doctors don’t care either. Changing my doctor ASAP

Dr Danesh is great! My son likes him a lot. Made us feel at ease about our concerns. I also have positive experiences with the staff there. They are prompt and work as fast as they can to get you in and out. There are occasional confusion with referrals but it's always addressed and corrected promptly.

The wait to be seen is so long over an hour at times. In my opinion they are completely under staffed. The front office could use more training and could try and be a little bit more professional and less rude to patients. On the plus side they have a very good PA Charles Wetter. If only he worked at another local practice.... He is only reason I continue to take my son there and I only go on days when I know he's there.
