Dr. Juanita is great, the receptionist is very rude. They never answer the phone, cancel appointments often and never call you back. I've had to walk in just to make an appointment.

I recently decided to do a routine health check and looked up local offices. I haven't hadn't a General Practitioner since I was a child. I found this office as the nearest to me. I booked my appointment and asked for the covered routine health exam that is covered under California. I also requested typical blood work. When I come into the office, you have to fill out over 30 minutes of mundane repetitive paperwork, by hand. Then they charged me my copay. I asked why i needed a copay of it the covered appointment by insurance and they said no, they cant do that since the first appointment they have to do a history. Then when I'm seen, it's not by the doctor, but the assistant. She was very nice and was great to work with. We do all the typical checks and we schedule the blood work with Quest. I schedules the follow up appointment for the results and did my Quest in between. All was well, until I got my bill. I find out that they charged $300 for the first appointment, I got charged from Quest, and I'm still waiting on the bill for my second follow up. This is exactly why people don't go to the doctors since routine checkup can't be just a routine checkup and is going to cost me more than I can realistically afford right now, just to do "preventative" care. I'll be definitely finding a new office next time I decide to go.

First and foremost the doctor knows her stuff she ask the correct questions but you actually get a sense that she really cares so I love her but also Summer her assistant she is so knowledgeable and just great energy as well as Ashante who sends out referrals . They are all on their job and I’m not use to that so from the bottom of my heart I’m grateful keep it up ladies you are needed in the community ❤️ . This is the first real practice that actually cares about you even when it’s not great news you can tell they care and I can’t say enough about the staff! Doctor Jackson deserves Doctor of the year! I have been going to anita jackson m.d. for over 15 years today I was seen by Maria G her assistant she was so knowledgeable and professional and very caring with my medical issues and her staff l would not go anywhere else thanks for all you do Maria

Almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone, at any time. Anita Jackson is a nice person, but she gave me wrong paperwork from appointment so I couldn’t get the X-ray because she put the incorrect area I needed done, and the staff is rude and slow.

Dr. Jackson always took great care of my dad. My dad was always greeted and treated like family by her excellent staff. He always had nothing but good things to say about her. Thank you Dr. Jackson!

Very bad staff . There is no doctor just a practitioner nurse who is running the office. CVS pharmacy placed an refill order but they have yet to hear from them. This is not first time. Stay away. I am changing the doctor.

She is amazing. I love Dr. Anita. She LISTENS and actually cares about everything you are concerned about. I have peace of mind because she has checked everything I was concerned about. I'm so happy that I have her as my doctor and I highly recommend her. You will NEVER feel rushed out of her office.
